The food is Okay, but the Wi-Fi is very weak. It needs to be improved. The environment is clean and good.

It was a Pleasant Stay, The Staff were Polite & understanding. Just a suggestion : Someone to be present to assist the guests with luggage during check-in & check-out at the entrance to the reception

While the hotel itself is good in terms of infrastructure and amenities, I was quite disappointed with the lack of coordination among the staff. There seemed to be a noticeable carelessness regarding hospitality and a lack of responsibility when it came to guest services. For instance, I had informed the staff in advance about my flight schedule and requested a taxi for checkout. However, no arrangements were made, and worse, I wasn't even notified that the taxi couldn't be arranged. This left me in a very difficult position with no time to act. Fortunately, I managed to book an auto-rickshaw at the last moment and caught my flight just in time. This kind of negligence can cause significant stress and inconvenience, especially for travelers on tight schedules. Wonderful stay, the hotel is very neat, clean and well managed. Staff are excellent, front desk executives are so warm. The location is very good just a few steps from the railway station. Food quality is also very good.

Rude staffs,No view from room in spite of charging premium room,though hotel is near to station but locality is not good.It took 1.5 hour to give one water bottle and 2 plates in room.Breakfast was good rest all need lots of improvement.Will not book again in future.
