S.Y.N.Residency

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of S.Y.N.Residency. It was clean, stylish and room is excellent. The good and great value for money. Service in both places, attentive and efficient staff. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but this much is okay. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet stay this time. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location of this S.Y.N.Residency is very nice, it's on the main road. Hotel rooms are decent and clean. SYN residency staff behaviour very friendly. It's just half an hour drive from international airport and 25 minutes from Ramoji film city. I enjoyed my stay with other two friends. Surely value for money stay.

This S.Y.N.Residency is very near to the railway station. Hotel was clean and service was also very nice. Food could have been better. Enjoyed the stay over here. If you come here business purpose and needed for short time stay purpose this is a well recommended S.Y.N.Residency to check in.

Good to stay. Restaurant is not available everything is need to get from outside and outside service always delayed and boresome. Parking is too difficult to monitor of course they are managing around corners with their own parking facilities. Inside rooms for four people congested.

Located in LB Nagar, very close to where the airport bus stops. Good budget S.Y.N.Residency if you are not keen on spending too much for a night's stay. They said dinner not available. So I had to go outside just for dinner, which was unexpected. Good clean room.

Hotel Room are good and service is fast to rooms. Clean and tidy room. Very economical. The complimentary breakfast is OK, Just the reception guy is only not proper coordinating at the time booking, Expect all good and perfect you can try this S.Y.N.Residency .

I enjoyed the excellent hospitality provided by the S.Y.N.Residency guys. I would recommend my friends & relatives for their future stay here in Hyderabad. This suits for my travel due to the manageable cost. Thank to Makemytrip for making it much concession.

Stayed for 2 nights in Room no. 510, the S.Y.N.Residency is neat and well maintained, provided tasty complementary breakfast and the S.Y.N.Residency staff is descent and overall it is pleasant place to stay in budget and I prefer to stay in future also.

Neat and clean rooms, near to the center and metro Station.

Good one I liked it very much that it's my sec time staying here. But there food is quite overrated. Hotel organisation must check on that. Rooms were good. Tidy as well overall it's a nice place to have a peaceful stay

Good. I am excited with the rent of the room comparing with other S.Y.N.Residency rooms. Really it is very useful convenient budget. Rooms are good. The management provides all facilities like lift hot water and excellent service.

Got a great deal from MMT, good location near to LB nagar convinent for some one catching buses to and fro LB nagar. Room was spacious and clean S.Y.N.Residencys to eat nearby and a multiplex exactly opposite to the S.Y.N.Residency is a plus.

Reception staff is good, service is fast to rooms. Clean and tidy room. Very economical. The complimentary breakfast is OK. Extra car park is very handy too for the needy customers. Morning News paperto rooms is added advantage.
