location wise it's fantastic with beach access. located in Kapu Beach which has a light house and available for public visit. Owner received us well . It's an old house with bit modifications, but the overall experience is very good.

We got a very bad experience. They were trying to blame damaged on our names. The stay is too bad. Not at all recommended.

The room was very dirty, my wife and kids were disappointed. It was very worst experience.

Kaun beach is a fantastic beach and we were lucky that we landed on kaup beach festival. Our kids had lots of fun and it was relaxing for us too. Pushpa aunty cooked local flavored fish curry meals and for breakfast tasty neer dosa. We would like to visit this place again.

Excellent location, next to beach. House is average, without ac. Atleast needs ventilation - mosquito net on windows

The property is attached to the sea bed. The place was decently neat and hygienic. The food options are awesome. We had total privacy without any interference of any kind, in the end family had a great time. Lot of fun activities such as scuba diving etc available on request. Host was cooperative and did everything to make us comfortable. Special thanks to them.
