Stay was ok. Expected the dining staff, housekeeping staff and even the front office staff to be more professional. Food was not that great

I visited this resort on 08/11/2025 with my friends. It’s one of the nicest resorts in Gopalpur. The ambience is great, the staff is polite, and the food quality is very good. The main attraction is the sea view along with the infinity swimming pool. Overall, my experience was excellent.

All things Are excellent, including behaviour of front desk, manager, and Bell boy, and even guard One should must visit the place

When I saw the hotel online before booking, it looked promising — but the actual experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. We were supposed to check in by afternoon but reached around 5:00 PM due to some delay. Even then, the rooms were not ready, and we had to wait for almost half an hour. When we finally got the room, it was in terrible condition. I was traveling with my one-year-old baby, and to my shock, the tea table in the room had a broken glass top — a serious safety hazard. The bathroom window had only a net covering, meaning anyone from outside could easily see inside. It was uncomfortable and felt completely unsafe. The geyser was rusty and made loud noises whenever it was switched on. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and not at all worth the price. A very disappointing stay — definitely not recommended.

ROOM is not so good , just Ok to stay. But Sea view rooms are quite good . (premium rooms has only one side view of sea) . Very good food. Best location to stay at gopalpur. we have booked with a breakfast room , but breakfast is not available in the buffet , they take the order and then make it(limited items only) . Better to book without breakfast room.

Staff excellent, rooms not well maintained and priced higher

Price is too high and service is very worst. The rooms are not being maintained properly. There is no exhaust and window curtain in bathroom. It’s an old property, without any maintenance. Not worthy to the amount paid, instead we can go for Mayfair or Zone by Park.

staff behavior very cure.. room and food also not good.. waste of money..Nothing was the good from staff side they are very rude person no one help out to shift the laggage from your car to room the breakfast is very bakwas type jam bread and tea the given parathas without masala. And they called that the aaloo pratha shameless people,

After checking I saw there was very small room and unhinged toilet, properly was booked for wedding purpose so I was booked another hotel for the two days . It's was totally wasted money which I was booked in MMT.also i request your customer care for cancell the booking they aslo not resolved.very bad experience after a long time.

location is very good,my room location was also good as it was sea facing with balcony,over all experience is good but as per as rate of the room ,the condition of room may be more better.

Executive Rooms are very conjested and no space available to keep luggage. Pool also dirty not clean
