SAARA INN

I was in pondicherry with my mother for 3 days and for us safety and hygiene were two important parameters while booking the SAARA INN. I chose SAARA INN saara inn because of its proximity to key landmarks of pondicherry such as aurobindo ashram, rock beach, serenity beach, railway station, etc. Believe me, its such a wonderful, newly constructed property. Very helpful and courteous staff specially "santosh" and her colleague too, i am sorry i don't remember her name. Safe place and extremely neat and clean. We stayed there for 3 days and had absolutely no problems during our stay. The owner of saara inn - mr. Ramesh babu also interacted with us for good 15-20 minutes, showed us other parts of the SAARA INN and gifted us a cute SAARA INN souvenir too. Extremely kind person and a gentleman ramesh ji is. We had a train to catch at 5:30 am from puducherry to chennai and ramesh sir and santosh were kind enough to directly communicate with an auto owner and made sure that he arrived on time early morning. My best wishes are with the SAARA INN and all of the staff for their bright future ahead. I now know where to stay whenever i am there in puducherry. Go ahead and book without any second thoughts. Standard room with AC is decent and has all the amenities. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean. Hotel is clean. And everything is new and in working condition. One big issue is the street to reach the SAARA INN. It is small (Cars can’t reach), dirty and has garages, house etc. Although car parking is available it’s a little walk from the SAARA INN. But the good thing is it is covered and gated parking. The best part is the location. It’s right in the centre of all the view points, eateries, shops. Everything is walkable distance. This was the reason for us to book the SAARA INN. I have few photos of the street that reaches the SAARA INN and parking. Rooms are as shown in the photos uploaded by others, hence I did not click any.

We as family of four visited puducherry and stayed at sara inn, which is at walkable distance from rock beach. Initially booked for 2 days but extended 1 more day after enjoying the clean rooms and responsive staff. Though located in narrow lane, but is easily accessible. Engaged 2 scooters for all our rides for 2 days, which is easy to drive through small roads and easy parking, even at beach sides. However engaged a car for visiting pichavaram (excellent time on row boat cutting through narrow passages in mangroves) and other places. I recommend sara inn for nice stay.

We travel-led as a family and had a great stay right from the first call we made to the SAARA INN. The reception guys were very professional and polite and kept a pleasant face throughout the day. Rooms were super clean including bathrooms. Situated well at the centre of all visiting spots is a big advantage, hardly 10mins walk to all places. Parking is some 200mts away but it is covered and safe. Can park only 3 or 4 cars is a limitation. Towels could have been better as we felt some kind of smell.

Inn is located near to sardar vallabhbhai patel salai, and is at walkable distance to the beaches, heritage town, and many main attractions. The stay was comfortable and the people were helpful addressing your queries. They allow early check in and late check out with some extra payment and won't charge for full day. If you are renting bikes it would be easy to park around, but if you need car parking space, it better to check with the inn before booking, as the inn is located in a narrow pathway.

Stayed here on diwali weekend. Hotel is in walking distance of a lot of restaurants, shops etc (notable ones are belgian waffle & chillis. Swiggy is also available. Cars will not be able to reach till the SAARA INN entrance as it is located in an alley. Scooter / bike can be parked with no issue. Staff were super helpful and allowed keeping bags in their locker room after checkout also. Hotel is in a great location to start / end outings - be it day long excursions or evening walks.

Room is clean and hygine. Hotel staff are very polite. Hotel is near to the beach and bustand. Room is well air conditioned and bathroom is clean and hygiene. I recommend this SAARA INN for who give preferences for safety, neatness and location. Restaurant is not available but room service available 24*7. Overall its very good experience in staying this SAARA INN.

The location is not good. Its in a narrow lane. No restaurant, rooms are small but clean and neat. It's a small lodge without parking arrangements. Staff are pleasing and cooperative. Not worth for rs 4500/ per night per room as there is option with better amenities. Convenient for beach and other spots.

Stay was pleasant. With neat and tidy room and bathroom. Hotel is located away from hurry burry crowd and traffic. Especially staffs were good. Suitable for couples as well as family members

Room was clean and spacious. It also had good lighting. The toiletries were not provided to us.

The rooms were very clean. Unless u want a nice view out of SAARA INN it is a good place to stay. It is near to all view places and restaurants. Affordable range good SAARA INN.

Nice place to stay and safe. Near to beach and white town. Temple etc. Sun-day market is just 100 steps walkable as well. Recommended.

This SAARA INN had everything we wanted. Locality, price, ambience and toilet cleanliness.

It's value for money. Customer service was good. The SAARA INN is very close to rock beach and manakula vinayagar temple. We can get frequent buses to ecr and main bus stand.

Good place to stay. Secured parking was added benefit here. Can go for it. But price was bit in higher side.

Clean rooms, hygienic toilets. Hotel staff are polite and cooperative. Bike is also arranged by the SAARA INN staff.
