Saaral Resort (Kutralam)

Ideal location but washroom needs maintenance. Toilets are dirty overall hygiene needs improvement. Buffet menu has very limited items. Apart from this, you cannot get food at odd hours.

Everything was so good. Room, comfort, Location, amenities, house keeping, and especially Food. Very clean and friendly staffs.

The room and the property premises were kept neat and tidy. Bath towel, soap and shampoo were provided but no hand wash, moisturiser and dental kit. Food and beverages were good. Located in a quite place with balcony. Room was spacious. Queen size cot was provided with spring bed. Blankets and pillows were clean. Bathroom door was a bit hard to close and open. Water was not getting drained immediately while taking shower. Even after complaint to the staff concerned, those issues were not fixed.

Saaral Resorts Coutralam is in the centre and very near to main falls. Room is good with all the amenities. They provided nice extra bed for our boy. In the restaurant food is okay. But they can improve a little more. Staff were courteous and helpful. A good one in Coutralam to stay with comfort

location is good , breakfast can be better and must start the breakfast counter at 7am. monkeys stay all around over night also.

This is not a star category Hotel, but your listed as a star category based on V booked, but the atmosphere of the room. Everything is a Local Lodge level. Even the bathroom facility. The shower reversely working. Everything was very terrible. Got very very very disappointed,deceiving even the service also not a right management, peoples not skilled people working. Also there having a bar near family family rooms. Very worst bad experience. I recommended don't prefer this any family members. This is only for the bachelor and the cost is also too high. This is not a star category. like a lodge. Break fast nothing

Very bad experience with hotel restaurant they have took for providing dinner two hours. We went inside the restaurant in 8 Pm finishing our dinner 10Pm. We have asked for drinking water bottle that also not provided. We bought outside

Shower was not working and no bucket in room to have bath. The water drain after bath cleared very slowly, inconvenience to second occupant.

It’s average.. coz the room isn’t clean especially the bathroom area.. carpet is dirty.. breakfast was good but the table wasn’t cleared immediately.. we stood and had our bf .. few dishes weren’t refilled

How to review

Very poor services, we pay 5star prices but we receive less that 1star rating, we request glasses to drink juices but they gave only plastic cups, just imagine when I pay rupees per room I get plastic cups, would you stay in this type of hotel??? in my lifetime i will never come again to this hotel and i will never recommend to anyone,

breakfast was good with less variety...only boiled egg was there for non vegetarian. swimming pool was clean n 👌

Breakfast is not good . Stayed in executive room ,toilet pipe leakage ,bad odour comes from wash basin and uncleanliness everywhere. Not worth for money.

Only location is good. Very poor service,food & services. I would have extended the stay but for the poor infrastructure.

Saaral Resort’s close proximity to the Courtallam Waterfalls is a major highlight. The elegant room ambiance and scenic pool view impressed me. Maintenance and hospitality were good; food needs improvement.
