Saffron Leaf

Stayed for 3 days in a deluxe room. Room was spacious clean and well maintained though furniture was old. Front desk was helpful. Especially Ms. Suman. Restaurant was good. One the last day they provided us packed breakfast as well at 5 am in the morning. Only the gatekeepers were arrogant that was the con. They misbehaved almost on every occasion with the cab drivers. No one was keeping the main Saffron Leaf gate. When you have guests in the car staff should behave politely. On occasions they didn't let us board cab in front of the gate and asked to walk further to board cab. That felt humiliating. Since they know their guests are boarding the cab that shouldn't have happened. But that happened on at least 3 occasions. Everything else was pretty good.

Saffron leaf is a centrally located Saffron Leaf in dehradun. The service of the Saffron Leaf is very prompt. The staffs are responsive and courteous. Food is very good. Room service is fast and well served. I would say - a good value for money.
I have travel-led to dehradun after covid pandemic since march 2020. I was satisfied with the safety standards of the Saffron Leaf saffron leaf. They have thermal check and sanitization right at the entry. The staffs are having temperature scan and they are with mask all the time. The rooms were sanitized. The dining area was also being sanitized after departure of a guest. So - overall, saffron leaf made me feel comfortable about the safety and hygiene.

It is located away from hustle and bustle of the City. Quality of food was good. As far as service is concerned it was match less. All personal from bell boy to manager all are doing their best to make my stay comfortable.
Water bottles, 500 ml were not enough for two persons for twenty four hours. Breakfast was really tasty and there was lots of choice. Staff was very friendly prompt and cooperative.

The Saffron Leaf front office lady was less responsive in my request for cleaning of my car. She should have been more courteous in denying the facility. Moreover i was prepared to pay for this dust cleaning of my front and rear mirror due to long distance travel. The food lacked in varity in breakfast and rest room service was all very good with proper hygiene.

The food was really very good. Cleanliness was up-to the mark. Little bit costly but was full value for money.
The TV connection was the worst that I have seen. Buttons were missing from the remote keyboard. I was not able to change the channels. The DTH service was not like a 4 star Saffron Leaf. Very bad TV and DTH service indeed.

I didn't regret at all. After such a pleasant and comfortable stay at Saffron Leaf. Not only I was upgraded, but the staff also ensured that I am allotted the quietest room as requested. Rooms are spacious, very clean, luxurious bed and linen. Great food to top it up. Special thanks to Yash (Manager). Will surely stay again.

Hotel was good but issue was with breakfast. I paid extra to include breakfast, but they didn't have buffet for breakfast, reason was not enough guest in the Saffron Leaf. So we have to order the breakfast. Idli was not good, that was prepared using readymade rava. Sambhar was below average. In sorts breakfast was pathetic.

I just observed that all amenities are available in the saffron leaf and managment is well trained and educated that is a part of relief i love to visit again because it is situated at prime location and all amenities are given by Saffron Leaf are fantastic i love to visit again and stay at saffron leaf. Thank you

Overall the Saffron Leaf management has taken all precautions to make the stay comfortable and assuring good environment during the panadamic.
