The rooms are neat and clean. Location is not that great and doesn't offer any views. For the price, it's not worth. Staff is good but the manager is not. Suggest to book without breakfast as they will only offer either 2 bread omlet or poha

The location is good, hotel rooms are not clean as shown in MMT. In breakfast there are no options only Poha

I had stayed at saffron-house for 2 days. The place is really good. The owner uncle is a true gentleman. He helped us a lot. His guidance was excellent. The hotel rooms are really spacious and well maintained. I had taken valley view room, so the room felt like we were in the mountains. The food was also good. The lawan outside is the true highlight. Just sit in the lawan and enjoy the early morning breeze and the valley view. The hotel staff was also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a good experience stayed there for 4 days. Clean and hygienic room's tasty food and good service.

I had booked this property for one night. In our package we added dinner and breakfast. We were two couples, where one was non vegetarian. On the day of check in i got a call from the property and they asked in dinner what will you take (veg or non) i said veg and non both because few members are non vegetarian as well he said no you will have choose either veg or non veg according they will prepare dinner for us. It's first time i experienced where we are going to pay extra for food in our package but we can't choose our food preference. If you are going to stay such place where they serve only veg then i understand but if you serving veg and non veg both then how could you say you will have to choose only one type of meal either veg or non veg. Second thing they served fix thali meal it's not unlimited meal when i asked while booking it was not mentioned they said it's mentioned i've checked but it was not mentioned. There was only option to add dinner lunch in our package. It's was really disappointed for us and very next they asked what will you take in breakfast i said what you are going to serve they said only poha or umpa. They said we give in breakfast either poha or ump a if you want other than this they will charge extra. Property was clean and maintained but there is lot of restrictions, food taste was not good and they are charging high price. I will give 1 out 5 not recommended. Thanks

I had the worst experience with this hotel. Service was extremely poor from quality of food to ac and wi-fi not working. The staff were okay but this hotel is being managed by an old gentleman (self proclaimed owner) who was being extremely intrusive and disturbing. There was no menu card given during my three days stay and price of food were randomly charged, no extra bed was provided (though the booking was for 3 people for which extra charges were paid, slow room service and the list is endless.

The place is good for family stay. Having morning breakfast and dinner in a lush green lawn with mountain view is itself a pleasure.

Located near panchgani mahabaleshwar main road with beautiful views of panchgani. Though small, but clean, neat & tidy place with great ambiance. Food is very tasty with homely touch. Staff is very polite and co-operative. Enjoyed the 2 days stay from 26 th to 28 th december 23.

The property doesn’t provide basic services like water and charges for that also breakfast is included but i was charged for that too. Ridiculous

It was wonderful experience. Great location at panchgani very peaceful. Food was also good. Vijay sir is great person with great hospitality.

The host vijay uncle was very supportive and made our stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

It was an amazing experience, living at the saffron house. Mr vijay gives individual attention to all his guests. His hospitality is great & so is his team. Excellent stay !
