check out time at 10 am but caretakers are very rude . they literally start knocking bedroom door from 8am , for any services they charge money ,kichen also not usable ,services are not good as per charges.

It’s good villa is nice with 4 jacuzzi in every bedroom, the only thing is it’s pure veg villa. The caretaker lady was nice she will help in cooking or anything else. The only issue is light because there was no electricity we wouldn’t be able to enjoy but allover it’s good

The house is great, with a great view and aesthetics. All rooms are equipped with jacuzzis and there is a huge hall for gathering and chit chat. The only stars are given for those. Here is a quick scan of things you shud do before booking - 1. Please check about the property link where it's mentioned that breakfast is mandatory and charges are 900 + taxes per person. Technically if you are 8 pax group on this 4 bhk villa there is a hidden cost more over and above what youl pay. 2. Bf is of v limited option where you can choose only 2 items, do-sent matter if you are 8-10 ppl. They are very stringent when it comes to follow the "rules. After a lot of requests and to and fro, we ended up paying for a bf of poha and plain dosa without sambar. It's basically a blanket money that they will charge in the garb of bf, the food worth is not even 500 bucks. 3. The kitchen is not operational for meals (lunch/dinner) and they have a menu printed out of some cheap restaurant in lonavala with very extrapolated pricing. You can only order from there, cannot order from anywhere else. The caretaker will take 2 hours to get food from the city which will cost 900 bucks as delivery charges extra above food. They have deployed very deceptive ways in the garb of charges which seem highly irrational. Kitchen does not have cooking facility, food you can order from the only restaurant they will give you option from and you end up paying 900 on delivery too, it becomes very disappointing after a while as you will spend a lot of time arguing on their rules this hampering overall stay experience. They don't seem forthright about and are very casual in their replies. Also the food was of very bad quality and taste. We literary cooked maggi and ate later on after throwing out most of the portion. Lastly the caretakers are not welcoming and are hostile to your requirements. They are lazy and response is very limited. Plus for everything youl order they keep coming for bills right away. They are reluctant to the request of putting it all together at check out or adjusting from the 12000 security deposit that they charge when you check in. Give this a miss. You will fall for the house and the images but the experience is you will come back tired and dejected after spending most of your time arguing and escalating while finding no solution. Writing this review from my home feels much more relaxed thin the relaxation and unwinding time we went for on this so called weekend getaway house.

Property is well maintained, and very good location. Dat is the only gud thing. Only 2 people managing the property and they were managing as if doing favor on us. They were neither welcoming nor helpful. If we ask anything to them there faces were irritated. Nobody told us dat once we order the food it will take 2 hours to get it. Swimming pool water is filled upto 5.5m which very high considering indian avg height and der is no kids pools. Caretaker/chef/manager is just one person and he comes to us at 9.30 pm that were now off and going to sleep. So basically if u need anything u r on your own. Who books a villa to sleep at 10. We had to make coffee tea at night for our self .. even reheat the food and everything. In morning i ask for onion bhajiya they said nahi banega 3-4 onions hai.. i was like .. i had complained abt the food and how rude the caretaker was but all in deaf ears …leave it bottom line is .. saffron stays experience at this villa was extremely disappointing considering the price we paid for it .. extreme poor service and management by saffronstays … expected more out u ..

Stay was fantastic and comfortable. The apartment was well maintained and the caretaker was extremely courteous and served delicious food. The views are majestic and villa was beautiful. The only issue is lack of light but outside of that worth a visit!

Overall experience at villa is very unique and interior design of villa i have great ambience. There is only one problem that swimming pool height is 6. 5 feet which is unsafe for non swimmers and being on a leisure trip everyone is not able to enjoy perks of swimming pool.

Cancel-led my booking and denied check in later was lromised new villa whixh was even worst.
