    This hobbit themed house is by far one of the most unique stay ever, feels like you’ve entered a fairytale land. The positives: - amazing property with clean and well maintained rooms - polite, helpful and welcoming staff (mr. Roy, pinto o helper and sufiyan helper) - good delicious food (thanks to chef pramod and mahender) -the idea that the menu was shared prior to check in so there was no disturbances during our stay was absolutely commendable. - regular pool cleaning on demand negatives (which can be resolved) -voltage fluctuations resulting in improper functioning of ac n fans - the living area has no ac or coolers (though 1 standing rotating fan was provided which doesnt provide much relief. As a family all gather in living area but without ac or coolers n constant voltage fluctuations it is difficult for everyone to sit there in the hot weather. - too many beak-able artifacts placed in the entire property (which definitely adds to the asthetics) but it becomes more of a stress for family with kids as any breakage will result in being compensated for the same. All in all it was a good stay with the above points to ponder upon which can make it a great and one of the best experiences to have

    it’s a very serene place, everything placed in the villa is so beautiful i literally didn’t know from where to start clicking pictures. the care takers were very sweet and the food was really good❤️ loved the overall experience ❤️

    The stay was wonderful. The property is just awesome like fairytale. Location is just perfect. Make sure you book all meals from there only because theres nothing nearby.

    The overall experience was good. The villa is a unique concept of hobbit homes in india and the in-house food is super. The staff is also courteous. Recommendable
