If there were any more stars possible, I would give them all! What an excellent stay. Right from the always smiling and helpful staff to the super clean rooms, superb food and gorgeous view - this property was everything we wanted for a refreshing weekend! We’ve travelled to many villas before, but the staff and hospitality at Falcon Hill was the best we’ve ever had so far. Rooms were super clean and everything was provided. The meals were so good and well made with quality ingredients. They even helped me by making baby food for our infants. Looking forward to visiting again very soon! Thank you everyone at Falcon Hill!

They are extorting money and all of them are extortionists. They will charge all charges and make my trip portal they deny all rates and charges. They will charge you infinite and unknown hidden charges of more than 30k. Their manager will tell you that he is not affiliated to make my trip.

Property Location Very good. But no security at the property. At the entrance of the property they have a display board that says "Room Available". So people come inside the property(due to lack of security) and enquire about the avaibility of the room with the guest. The Rooms are very spacious and clean. They have maintained the property very neatly. The water pressure inside the bathroom for shower is pathetic. Before going for shower wait for the bucket to fill up with water. The staff were very helpful. Food was better than average but could have been better. Their refrigerator doesn't gets chilled when you need it to be. Very expensive property but after going there it's waste of money. Not worth the amount of money they charge. I hope they improve their quality of facilities in respect to what they charge.

Even charging a big amount of 81k for 2nights for an average villa, that too far away from city, they want extra charges for everything. Even my driver cant sleep on the floor of the villa basement, for which they asked 1500 rupees per night. He was forced to sleep in car. Every extra mattress for children they want 1500 per night. Kitchen was locked all the time, we cant make any thing by ourselves. So we were forced to buy there meal everytime. As villas location is 15km from city. They have designed villa only for couples. Childrens are means of money making for them.

Good location, great service, discrete staff, good facilities to use. Spacious rooms; bathroom can be better, fittings were good, no hot water in my room, spout handle was not working. Food was simple and tasty. Bed linen were clean and functional. Nice property, swimming pool is an attraction, so is the lawns; we played all our outdoor team games there including tug of war, cricket. badminton. Pool table was another attraction. Overall good experience with lots of privacy to our team.

Superb

The property is very well maintained and has an amazing view. The staff is extremely courteous and the service levels were par excellence. Travelled with my family, food was good. Do try if you are a big group m.

Hotel is very good, don’t miss the chance to live, it’s very good.

The place is 16 km far from Lonavala town and also water is also different from Lonavala. It is fantastic and peaceful but the food is average.
