Stay was good. but the food quality is poor

Our stay at SaffronStays Grandiosa, Khandala was truly memorable. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and with a very good ambience. It’s an ideal place to unwind and spend quality time with family or friends. The food was absolutely fantastic, flavorful, and served with great care. The taste exceeded our expectations, making dining a real highlight of our stay. What stood out the most, however, were the people who took care of us. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. They made sure we were comfortable at all times and went the extra mile to make our experience special. Their service added a personal touch that made us feel completely at home.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa. Its spacious, clean and at a peaceful location, with various amenities for spending quality time together. The food and service by all the staff met our expectations.

The house wasn’t clean, there were constant light cuts with no inverter. There wasn’t hot water in any rooms. They falsely charged for random things and weren’t cooperate at all. Overall wouldn’t recommend

Villa is great. Place is very beautiful, it gives positive vibes, we enjoyed a lot. The caretaker was also very good. But the supervisor parag was so rude n don't have manners how to talk with guests. He tried to force us to have dinner with them only which we didn't want. But the caretaker is very nice n he handles the situation gracefully. Thanks to mm t customer care service also they also helped us. 3

The villa is decent but poorly maintained and the saffron-stays group are totally avoidable. They make stringent rules about meagre/average food that is completely overpriced (rs 300 for a poha +tea/coffee and rs. 850 for a veg+nonveg+dal+roti/rice. They force you to take their food package and don't allow outside food. The staff take advantage of this. Otherwise a great trip celebrating my husband's birthday got spoiled because to saffron-stays and the miserly owner.

The pet-friendly amenities, peaceful ambiance, thoughtful gifts for pets, welcoming staff, and delicious homemade meals all contributed to making our weekend getaway unforgettable. For a relaxing getaway, i wholeheartedly suggest saffron stays grandiosa. Property is nice but the caretakers and helpers are very terrible. It’s like they don’t want people to come and stay in the property. Zero welcoming and whole time with sad faces, and only money demanding. These guys too 500 rs extra for utensils cleaning all above we have additionaly opted for package.

Property was nice, clean and well maintained. You cannot cook your own food here just because the kitchen is not 100% operational. But you can order whatever you want from zomato here. You can only have tea coffee n all in kitchen. Amenities like table tennis, carrom board, tv, etc were great. Swimming pool was well maintained as well. Cons were 1. About security deposit 12000. I guess 5000 in total could have been fine. Although you get that amount back in case of no damage. 2. On google map this villa is named as jk villa and not saffron-stay grandiosa. But don't worry you can find it easily on map. In short, this property was great.
