The road to the property for last kilometre was broken and dirt road. But the property itself is beautiful overlooking the lake. The whole white and blue Greek vibe was good. The best part has to be the dinner served. The food was amazingly delicious.

we had a wonderful and relaxing stay at kosha villa near pawna lake! the location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. the villa itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. a special shoutout to the caretakers, kanhaiya and umashankar, who made our stay extra comfortable. they were incredibly hospitable, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. from arranging delicious home-cooked meals to taking care of all our needs, they made us feel right at home. the view from the villa, especially during sunrise and sunset, is just breathtaking. whether you’re looking to chill by the lake, enjoy a barbecue night, or just spend quality time with friends or family, this place has it all. highly recommend kosha villa if you’re looking for a serene escape with great service and warm hospitality. will definitely be visiting again!

place is good, it is good for a group of 8-10 persons. food quantity is also more than enough.

I would like to list the pro's first the property is new and fresh, interiors are tastefully done, view is gorgeous. It does really have a nice infinity pool and it's reasonably well maintained. Cons it's far really really far, roads are quite bad and don't trust google maps it says 3 hrs from mumbai but it's more like 4. 5 hrs. The place is in remote interiors and lonavala is almost 1 hr from it, secondly it's owned by a person, marketed by mm t and run by saffron stays. Trust me this means everyone tries to make max money from you and no1 cares about the reviews or hospitality. We were almost forced to take their meals. Saffron staff told us u can't bring any food from outside, we were literally hounded the min we entered to allow our driver and maid to take paid meals and stay. Left a very bad taste. The saving grace was owners manager mr. Nitin and the server boys. Breakfast was drab and a loo paratha had no a loo to be honest. I think it's a 1 time go and no more as the hospitality deserves leaves a lot to be desired.

Location: piturescque. Just as described on the site. Food: food is homely though options for local cuisine is limited. Only commercial food options available. Stay: on point architecture with beautiful views of fort tikona and lake pawna. Rooms have beautiful interiors. Bathrooms are clean. Can improve with ventilation or exhaust in place. Would have loved to have basic bathroom toiletries as part of package. Missed having moisturizers and hair conditioner along with hair dryer. Commute: bit rough since it's on steep slope high up the hills. Ensure you have a vehicle with driver throughout. There is no cab options available whatsoever. Overall fabulous homestay away from home.

Amazing stay, good food, chill vibes, polite staff, picturesque view, infinite pool. Everything was on point. I'm definitely coming to this property again.

A beautiful and tastefully done place that is warm and inviting. The most beautiful aspect, of course, is the view. The serene lake and mountains in the background. And every room has this gorgeous view. Each room is aesthetically done. Lots of light that can come in. A cozy common area for the whole family to gather and the pool right there. We didn't have use the pool much because the water was cold we were there in the winter. Wish the water could have been warm. The home is well equipped and appreciate that everything provided was aesthetic and well thought out. The layout of the house was lovely with the stairway down to the two bedrooms. Indeed the place had an ethereal feel to it, just what we wanted. Nitin, the manager of the place was very helpful as were the staff helping out. The meals come on time and were well made. A beautiful place to spend time with your family and friends.

Fabulous view. Great inferiors. Good staff. Food could be better. But overall it was an amazing stay at kosha villas!

The property is beautiful, aesthetically very neatly and tastefully done. Every room and the hall has a lake and mountain view that elevates the experience. Food was equally good and the whole experience was fantastic. The team on site took great care and was prompt in responding to every request. All of us loved the experience and property. Only suggestion can be to add one common tt table, pool table etc. For all the villas
