SaffronStays La Casa Maestro

I and my wife's family stayed in the Saffronstays property. The property was clean and tidy. The location of the property was also close to the Kashid beach. The property compromised of large lawn, 5 bedrooms and small swimming pool. The swimming is more suited for small kids (under 5 years), and for having drinks. No diving/swimming is possible. Sachin and family were nice and courteous. They arranged and cooked the food as per our requirements. When the AC's were not working, Sachin went out of the way and got it repaired in the middle of the night. On the whole, we had a pleasant and good stay.

Good place, vey big rooms good ambience.But - No Cleanliness Smelly rooms. No toiletries. Even no crockeries. So called ruthless care taker who will entertain only if you take there food package. “ please change the tag line “complimentary chef” who will charge you more that 5 star. So resolving any thing they will says “talk to manager “ . So moral is If u want to party and enjoy don’t select this. Its a trap. Run away.......

The villa itself was beautiful, but I found it to be overpriced for the overall experience. Some areas need better maintenance—for example, the swimming pool was not clean, and the top floor could have been tidier. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was a letdown, especially considering the price. a non-veg meal, only one item was offered for both dinner and breakfast, and the taste didn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, I didn’t find SaffronStays very customer-friendly. It felt like customer feedback wasn’t taken seriously, which is disappointing for a premium service. Overall, I’d rate my experience 4 out of 10 and would likely not book through SaffronStays again.

Group of 5 friends had a wonderful time at La Casa Mastero,Beautifull property had a pleasant stay. Caretaker(Sachin) and his entire family are very supportive had very good stay...I am planning to visit this property again with my family...

Beautiful property but extremely impolite staff. Horrible food overall spoiling the whole experience.

No privacy in the villa, frog in the washroom, staff is keep coming to our room, swimming pool is dirty

Issues for which we seek a reasonable refund: 1. Acs weren't working especially in the ground floor bedroom, were made to move to the attic (on the terrace level) with a 9 month old baby. No help was provided in moving the luggage 2 storeys up either. 2. There were rodents inside the villa. A rat created havoc for a good part of our evening. It was disgusting to say the least 3. As per communication from saffronstays rm we were assured that we would have full access to the kitchen especially for the needs of our infants. However the caretakers were clear that their "saheb" had asked them not to let anyone use the kitchen if we weren't buying their insanely overpriced food. They just turned off the gas and left. We were lucky one of us were carrying induction stove as a precaution and our kids didn't have to starve. It was later in the evening after a lot of arguing that they allowed us to sterilize our baby's feeding bottles and boil water to prepare baby food. Also there was a good amount of resistance from them for using the plates and cutlery available with them. We had to manage with paper plates and plastic spoons for the evening *all this wouldn't have mattered if we had made a booking in some shady 2 star lodge. 30 grand to be treated like uninvited guests and made to live among rodents without basic facilities sounds like daylight robbery. We would have rather in a shady 2 star lodge with a better view of the beach and wouldn't have minded the minor inconveniences*

I Am really satisfied with this stay because their hospitality was superb. The staffs were always ready to serve their best. The food was healthy and delicious with all the options. If I say about the property that was also great. It was located beside the Sea Beach and the views were very pleasant. They maintained the property with all the facilities and amenities. The clean rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean with required kits. The only problem that wifi was not available on the property. Other than this it was a perfect stay. I would love to recommend this to others.

Quiet and peaceful stay from the hustle-bustle. The location was not nearby to the main City but it was a nice property. We stayed there safely and got all the facilities. We enjoyed their services. The caretaker was very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommendable.

It is at quite and peaceful place with lot of nature trees, flowers, plants. Lot of furniture inside the villa, which makes the stay in the Palm of nature. Beach is nearby. The food prepared is quite homely and good in taste rather than a restaurant nearby.

Reaching the property was difficult. The room was average. The food was also not great. Not recommended.

Overall this was a nice stay with my family. The location was awesome. Room and facilities they've provided were good. Food was okay. But they should not charge extra for kids. Staff's behavior was great. Value for money.

Amazing stay, we thought it would be but wasn’t. Not worth the money and time at all. We faced many problems like smelly towels, no connection of inverter in the washroom, no doorbell at the main door, no toiletries provided, dampened walls, no dustbin in bedroom, no TV in any of the individual rooms and whatnot. The TV was in a common room but all guests can’t stay in that room and watch TV together. That common room had light and fan faults. Connections tripped thousand times. No AC in ground floor room full night due to tripping. No food menu was given. Overall it was a stressful stay. The staff present there was nice. They did their best, fixed but I think facility owners should fix issues.

The best staff and caretakers one can ever find. They are the sweetest people. The lady, on account of Diwali, had already made yummy snacks such as chakli etc for us. Coming to the resort, it is beautifully made. The environs are so peaceful. It is surrounded by huge gardens. Spacious and clean. Picturesque. But what will always stay with me will be the amazing care takers. In love with Kashid:)

Good concept for Weekend time spend. The caretakers are locals and add good flavour to your food and stay.
