SaffronStays Lake House Marigold, Nashik

Had a 2 night stay at the lake house marigold cottage. The location of the property is excellent. Not too far from the main road but enough to get away from the noise. The property offers excellent views of the mountains, a nearby lake and there are also few plantations inside the property boundary. The rooms were super clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. All necessary amenities & toiletries were provided. Windows and panes have insect nets at all locations to prevent insects or pests to sneak in. This is very important since the cottage is located on a farm which can attract plenty of bugs. But we faced no such issues in the room. The cottage has an attached private plunge pool in the backyard. The pool is not big or deep enough to swim but a good enough size to just relax and have fun. The water is clean and the pool had filtration system which can be activated by requesting the staff. The pool is also covered from all sides giving it excellent privacy. The meals prepared are great of quality and tasty and they provide good variety of indian cuisine. The food menu for the day is fixed in advance. One thing that would have been better is to have few even if limited la carte options in-case someone doesn’t want to have full meal course. The property has a game room which has good collection of board games, card games, carrom board and some outdoor options like badminton, frisbee & volleyball. There are also couple of bicycles. There is also a projector and speaker setup with good collection of bollywood & hollywood movies in-case want to do a movie night. (it is separately chargeable. The staff are also very well mannered, offer excellent service and hospitality. Overall it’s an excellent stay with great location, good food, mesmerising views & great staff. Definitely recommended.

During our visit to Lake House on a weekday, I must say that it was an exquisite choice. The influx of travelers is undoubtedly greater on weekends. We had reserved two units for our stay, and they were impeccably adorned with aesthetic decor. The layout of the rooms was meticulously designed, offering a spacious and airy ambiance, complemented by lush greenery surrounding the premises. Moreover, the presence of a pool in the backyard and a shower with a picturesque green view added to the allure. Overall, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff members and manager respected our privacy and refrained from unnecessary intrusion, yet they were always readily available with just a single call.Loved the place and property so much definitely we are gonna visit again Lake House Marigold.Keep up the good work and do maintain the cleanliness.

The property was awesome and the concept is also good. Loved the surrounding of the resort, awesome view and food is also awesome but they need to improve the hygiene and look after the cleaneness of the room as the washroom and wash basin even the floor was soo dirty. Otherwise the concept, the property, the ambience and the surrounding were awesome. I have paid 10. 5 k for 1 day which is soo high as per the conditions of room, it was pool attached but we are unable to use it as because of rain so many insects were inside the pool and the room and washroom looks soo unhygienic. We would love to visit again &again if they should improve rooms conditions.

We recently stayed at the lake house marigold for a weekend, and it was truly a delightful experience. What an amazing stay! in the time of monsoons this place is like a deam! snugly cottage style rooms with your own pool. The whole vibe is blissful. You can take a stroll in their beautiful garden where grapes vineyards are there along with lake. Trees of jamun jackfruit guava and loads and loads varieties of flowers! clean and pure air food is the highlight of the place. Set menus with complete homely taste. Right from chutneys to curd is all fresh made ? if you are looking for serene place and is hardly 20 mins from trimbakeshwar temple this is it! do visit without any second thoughts!’

Inside of property is awesome, it is lakeside so view is beautiful. Staff is very cooperative and polite and provided very nice service. Room is huge and has all required amenities, small size pool attached to room is cheerful for kids. Though we have to wait for more than an hour for hot water in morning. The only disappointing thing was meals though it was tasty and kind of homemade but have very limited items, specially with price being charged. Price is way too much for the options available.

I love food alot there and of-course the stay was awesome. Service was best and also the pleasant vibe in room. Best thing in resort is private pool which is really comfortable and cozy as well. Love to spend time there. Will visit it again.

I found out about saffronstays on mmt. It was an excellent stay. The property is huge overlooking one huge lake and mountains which was a perfect gateway for me. Good here was really good. They had a set menu but each and every item in the menu was delicious. Worth the money.

best thing was pool and scenary. also love good there. i love the mini pool where it makes the place more enjoyable and lots of pictures can be taken there

Booked for one day. Happy with selection, stay was excellent. Property is well maintained, clean and staff is also good, happy with hospitality/services. Location is also very good. My family enjoyed.
