SaffronStays Lakeview Nivara

This is a 3 bhk villa made in a farm. It is serviced by a cook and a service manager. We had a chance to stay at this place. The place is clean and having modern amenities. There are large compounds in the front and rear of these and these need to be developed properly to provide aesthetic appearance and feeling of garden. There are insects and flies in the monsoon season for which proper care is required. Wifi and tv works properly and the mr gulab (the cook) and mr amit (the service manager) are excellent hosts and take good care of the guests. Location wise this property is away from the lake as well as sinhagad fort and there are no views of lake out mountain from this property. However, one can simply relax in the villa and enjoy the me time with the family. Prices are on a much higher side compared to the facilities available.

A recommendation from a friend, we visited this property for a weekend getaway. Close to pune and an extremely helpful caretaker-chef kamlesh, made our experience worthwhile. The property was well-lit with huge spaces both inside and outside. The pool, rooms, hall, terrace all of them were wonderful spots to capture fun memories and enjoy with your group. Most of all, the food was a delight and appreciated by everyone. Overall, it serves well both for a quiet time and as a party place.

We had an amazing time at lakeview nivara. The property is nice and spacious and is well maintained with ample of greenery around. The food was delicious and the hospitality was amazing. The care takers took great care to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property. Only issue i would like to note is that the mobile network in this area is weak and the wifi is not that great. The owner should install high speed wifi at the property.

The caretakers are excellent and food cooked is good. The place could do better with some maintenance though

Food was excellent ! cleanliness was not upto the mark. A perfect place to enjoy with family.

Food quality was good. Staff was very much co operative. Swimming pool, hall and all the bed rooms were neat and clean. My kids enjoyed the stay
