Very pleasant place to stay and enjoy family time. very nice and humble hotel staff. good fresh cooked food. very beautiful river side property. nice spacious rooms and ammunities. just small power issue faced during our visit due to heavy rain but taken care of by staff. thank you

There are 2 villas on the premises: one 2bhk villa and one 3bhk villa. We booked the 3bhk villa as it had a private pool However, the pool is quite small, especially considering it is a shared pool. We wouldn't have booked the property if we knew there's no private pool. River attached to the property is not that clean. Positives : -3bhk villa is clean and well maintained -staff is extremely polite and helpful -chef is extremely cooperative and understands the food requirement really well.

The stay was clean and comfortable, home cooked food was good. The staff was friendly and polite. My family enjoyed the stay.

Where should i start from the place has our heart. Very close to the nature and it’s as peaceful as it’s in picture. The stay was super comfy and the cottage’s were super clean and nicely done. It’s as it is how it’s shown in the pictures. The food was delicious just like the way we wanted huge shout out to mayur ma’am for the food she cooked for us. Shout out to suresh kaka for helping us out with whatever is required. And shout out to rakesh dad a to making us feel comfortable and keeping a check on us every time. We surely made good friends. Highly recommended and this place will look magical in monsoon definitely gonna visit again with family.

The place is very clean n serene n very much near the nature. Food is excellent. Service is very good n homely . The garden is beautiful n well maintained. The ganes arrangement is superb n handy . Hello team mmt. We recently stayed at mango huts by saffronstays at pali. We had an excellent time. The cottage was very well equipped comfortable and hygienic. Our 5 year old son was accompanying us. The hotel and kitchen staff were most supportive and caring. Not only they served us delicious food but my sons food was also customized as per his needs. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all home-cooked tasty and hygienic. Also since it was my birthday the in house staff held a small celebration for me that made me feel very special. We returned refreshed and radiant for for our hectic schedule back in mumbai. We are most grateful to team saffronstays and hope to associate with them again in future. We highly recommend this place to all our friends and family. Special thanks to mr. Rakesh and cook mrs. Mayur for all their efforts towards us.

Some suggestions and feedback to improve 1) hot water issues in the morning geyser was not operating 2) overuse of naphthalene balls in rooms causing unbearable smell in rooms. Instead camphor balls or cones should be used. Overall a good place but because of the above an average stay for the price paid.

The resort was not aware of our booking, so v had to wait outside for an hour then v were let in to rooms which were not made and were dirty. Care taker was good tired to sort the issue but v lost half the day and lunch which v paid for. U cannot even cancel the booking as there is nothing Around the resort.
