Terrible Stay

I didnt enjoy much there. There was frog in jacuzzi We couldnt spend quality time there. There was lot of disturbance. Roads are not good.

We recently visited Saffron Stays Raanwaara Luxe, and the experience was truly memorable. The property is nestled in a dense jungle, surrounded by lush trees, a stunning waterfall, and fresh air. The staff were polite, punctual, and friendly. Our host, Sagar Gadekar, was always available to assist and made sure we felt comfortable. The food was delicious and served promptly. However, one drawback was the transportation – due to the property's forest location, guests are required to book their transport through the resort, which can be expensive. Local transport restrictions limit options, making it compulsory to use their services. The washrooms needs to be properly ventilated because due to tropical wet climate there’s little bit stinky foul. Overall it’s a good and mesmerising experience.

location is nice and secluded, food was mix of good and bad but overall nice . we specifically chose this for jacuzzi, which the caretaker did not mention takes more than hour to fill up, also by the time it fills up water was no more warm. when we started filling it there was some dirt coming out of the pipes if you are choosing this for jacuzzi do check with saffronstay how they plan to make warm water available in jacuzzi especially in rain/winters. room was bit smaller than what appeared in picture but had nice sir out area bathroom was cramped up space.

- Small Room, Bad food service. Views are good but cleanliness in the room & around the property is bad. Spider cowebs everywgere in room. A very very dity csrlet & sofa

Property is too far from lonavla. There is no proper road to reach the hotel as they dont wish the customer should go out of the hotel for food. The property is little old and not maintained properly. the rooms are spacious. The view of the room is nice.Its in the heart of mother nature . The host Mr.Sagar is good and helpful. Food was not upto the mark as compared to price . Too much pepper and soda in food .Not enough variety of foods offered by the chef as they say they dont have raw material. Also on MMT they have mentioned the meal price as 400Rs.per meal/person but they charged is 800rs for dinner per mean /person . on complaining they said that MMT have not changed the price on website . This feels a little weird for us to pay higher charges. even we ask for rate card but they did not had the rate card .

superb place to relaxe and enjoy nature very nice staff sagar, ajay, gopal and chef johhny all are polite in nature and very quick in the service. overall experiance is so good and you can access near by water fall which is accessible from the villa propert superb place to relaxe and enjoy nature

it was a very peaceful and pleasant stay for us. the location is amazing. you won't feel like it is in lonavala. it's beautiful. the service was great. Mr. Sagar helped us with everything needed and the stay gives you an amazing view. food was great as well. all in all there's nothing bad or average I felt about my stay. it was better than expected. I would recommend everyone to visit here and enjoy your stay. loved it!

Dont ever book- stinky pool and washroom

Its worst experience ever. There is only 1 small room , photos show something’ else. Pool had dead insects and leaves all over. Yellow colored stinky water from bathroom . We stayed only for an halfn hour, couldnt bear further. Terrible response from saffronstays
