It was a worst experience in Safron stays tirthan No chef available, no electricity, no bon fire, no foods, no wifi. When i call to manager he said whole night electricity will not come you have to survive But there were nothing at property.

This property is not as per the standards, staff was good but other amenities were not present including a hand towel, body wash and other basic items

Very poor state of Resor

Firstly name Saffron stays is totally deceptive and actual name is Raj Vilas which was on the other side of River tirthan where no vehicle can go.. Secondly the resort had no generator/ inverter and power hence totally power cut with no lights and mobile charging. The resort is under construction and has no resemblance to what the review says . May be in future can be a better place but my experience is very bad . Finally I had to take another resort Sunshine resort in the same area due to poor condition and no power available in Saffron resort . Staff in Saffron was very polite but helpless with the current state of the resort.

Beautiful Location, Extremely Poor Management — Disappointing Experience

The riverside location of this holiday villa in Tirthan Valley is undeniably stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful natural setting — but sadly, the experience stops there. The property is very poorly managed, with little to no accountability from the owners there are no caretaker available to handle operations on ground. Poorly managed by some service staff with area not at all maintained.During our stay, there was a complete power outage and no electricity backup available , forcing us to stay without power for almost 24 hours. Compared to other homestays and hotels nearby, the handling of guest concerns was shockingly unprofessional and disorganized. While the surroundings are picture-perfect, the management’s lack of preparation and response completely overshadowed the location’s charm. Would not recommend until the ownership and management take guest comfort and basic operational readiness seriously. This place has potential, but currently falls well short of even the basic standards.

Wonderful Stay at Minerva

Staying at Minerva was delightful. Nestled peacefully in the lap of nature, the serene location provided a perfect retreat. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. Last but not least, the food was amazing; special thanks to Jhonny for such wonderful dishes.

Finest Stay with scenic view

groupFrom starting to explore about the place and the stay, Sunil was taking care of everything. Stay was cozy with amenities full filling the scenic sights. Tirthan riverside bonfire was cherry on top.

Shivam, Sunil and Vikrant were always available for any help.The location is really good and the stay was for most part very comfortable.Only issue was that there was electricity outage regularly.

Firstly, the property was not maintained at all, the rooms were too tiny for a tariff of 11, 000, further in the night we saw mosquitoes all around our room, it was the worst experience ever to be a part of the villa
