A very average stay

Rooms are not maintained..Food was very good..but care taker are not polite to talk and unaware about basic Tv or karoke working..Too expensive as per the property

Excellent Stay

our weekend trip at Windermere was excellent, all thanks to the wonderful location and management by Rahul, Shailesh, chefs Raju and Varun did a great job as well. definitely recommended for the amazing views!

Extremely Disappointed Stay - Unhygienic Conditions & Hidden Charges

Our experience at villa was extremely poor. The property was shabby and poorly maintained, with cockroaches spotted in multiple areas - completely unacceptable for any accommodation. On top of that, we were shocked to find hidden charges that were not mentioned upfront. Overall, this stay was far below expectation and not worth the cost. Would not recommend.

It was a great stay. Shailesh the caretaker was amazing he took care everything so well. Varun the chef cooked some amazing food. Property was great loved it. Owners need to take care of cleaning of sofa n the rooms as the property is not less expensive or should be worth the amt we pay

The food was the most amazing part of the stay. Each and every thing was so delicious and well made. Chef Varun was taking care of everyone’s taste.

Excellent Stay

This was my first time booking a villa for our family short trip to Lonavala. The entire experience was awesome. Right from Parag who helped with the entire post booking formalities to the caretaker Rahul who made sure each member in my family was comfortable to chef Varun who made sure the food was super delicious and scrumptious. The breakfast especially was a hit with the young n the old in our group. Thank you team SaffronStays Windermere for making this experience a memorable one..

The property is good but not outstanding. For the amount that is being charged, would expect the property to be better maintained. The garden was not maintained and could see the grass not cut to the level it should have been. The staff was great though with excellent food and service
