yes, the staff is friendly, you get room service timely. the hotel has food facility inside room and banquet hall for family dining which we can avail. you dont feel you are staying in a hotel as they treat you like a family. also rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and laundry facility is also timely and good

There was smell of smoking in the room. Earlier guest would have smoked but hotel staff did not use any room freshener. Blanket were too old and dusty. It was more of a lodge than a hotel.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Hotel Sagar International, and it was the worst experience of my life. The room was absolutely unhygienic, with bed bugs on the beds and a dirty washroom. There was no hot water facility, The amenities displayed are misleading and do not match reality. The staff was highly uncooperative and charged extra for basic necessities like a water bottle. The rooms had a pungent smell, making the stay unbearable. This hotel lacks even the minimum standards of hygiene and service. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Save your money and peace of mind – book elsewher!!

Family and Couple rooms

I came with my partner here..Our first time so was very nervous but it was a hassle free experience for us..We were assured of our privacy and staff were very nice and polite..Rooms were decent enough and very reasonably charged..Food was amazing..Will surely visit here again
