It was a pleasant stay at sagar Niwas home stay I experienced a high level of hospitality, my personal works were also was done so easily as I could reach the places I wanted to visit in time as I got the transport in time and very helpful staff , I wanted taxi at early morning 3 AM and was arranged by Mr. Sagar in time and am thankful to him rooms are clean and 24 hours hot water available. I give 5 star from my side. Thank you Mukesh

I had a wonderful experience on my room, it was clean and well furnished, the only problem was the stairs which my diabetic mother couldn't climb.

No lift stap staircase rooms are ok but there are cockroaches everywhere. one room is stinking smell. the surrounding area is very dury and bad smell. Not a pleasant stay.

The place was fine, initially said AC wasn't working and asked me to adjust. After talking to the owner, he helped out and got it fixed. Water given wasn't packaged. Filled water into a used bisleri bottle from a RO and gave me 😐

Dear sir , Could season main AC used nahi hote h jab aapne check in kiya room khali tha maine 4 hours pehle check in karwaya without any charge .kyonki AC ki service nahi hui thi isliye AC ke liye mana kiya but apne itna pressure dala ki local AC mechanic se AC ki service karwayi @1500 paid kiya meri room ki kamai zero ho gayi fir bhi mujhe is baat ki khushi thi ki main ek achi service de paya .lekin apki review dekh kar ek baat clear h apko satisfy karna impossible hai thanks for rating sir.

The place was good with own kitchen facilities and 24/7 water service along with fast response from the staff. The place is clean but could improve a little bit on the washroom facilities. Overall it was a good experience along with a pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

Property location: the hotel is in a narrow street where you have to move on foot. It is in a muslim muhalla. There is no lift facility and stairs are very narrow and difficult to go up and down. The room size and bed facility is very good. The tv was not in working condition. Gijar is not warming water. After contact with the caretaker he said it is not in function required mentenance. So overall, i recommend this hotel in scarcity. The behaviour of the caretaker is good

Dear sir, Apka behaviour mere servant ke sath bilkul acha nahi tha raat 1:30am par aap demand karte ho mujhe shampu,body lotion,hair oil,tooth brush , etc chahiye servant ne apko soap ,towel, water bottle di .hamne description may clearly Likha hua Hai Ke Hum towel  soap, RO water bottle hi dete hai fir aap raat ke 1:30am par chilla rahe the mere servant par sara homestay sar par utha liya apne .baki sabhi guest ki nind kharab kar di apne maine sirf apko call karke samjhya tha kyonki apne bohat jyda drink ki hui thi isliye aap servant ki sun nahi rahe the aur loudly bol rahe the.

First the room allotted to me has water leakege under the wall when we were sleeping the room flooded with water. Then they changed the room. They charge rs1500-per day but when i book it charged aggregate amount me rs 1850. S In sagar niwas only few rooms have windows. But it is only 5 min walk to hospital.

Room charge 1500 extra meter charge 300+ GST t Dear sir, we decided to remove your mattress charge 300 per day after MMT Booking five days, give you discount. My all Rooms wall, neat and clean, no any leakage, but you now, sir.  August month, very humidity outer side, very hot in Room, very cold you guess in the car, Glass on the water.

At 1 am i needed to go outside but the door was locked and i called 10 times but no response and after 15 mnt 20 mnt i was stood there in emergency and then gate unlocked. Service i didn't like at all.

Dear sir Security purpose se 11pm gate lock kar dete hai apne mujhe call kiya within 5 minutes open the gate .sir my servent washroom main tha isliye 5 minutes lage otherwise with in seconds gate open ho jata h.
