The room condition is very worst. There are following issues: 1. Smelly room 2. Water supply not proper due to which could not take bath. 3. Insects in room 4. Not change bed sheet in next day. 5. Room caretaker not available. 6. Bathroom condition is very worst and door of washroom was not working. 7. Owner response was very cold and saying that "MAKEMY TRIP company can not do against me for this type of service*. In view of above submission I would like to draw your kind notice that I was not able to cancel that service while I know that it is not refundable as my booking phone number was not working in Jammu. Due to above said inconvenience, I felt shame in front of my family. therefore, you are requested to delist the said hotel/inn/guest house and refund my money. Thanks with warm regards

I just had the worst experience at this guest room i booked. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I couldn't sleep properly because there were khatmal on the bed. Yes, you heard me right, khatmal! it was disgusting and i felt so uncomfortable the whole night. Overall, i would not recommend staying at that guest room. It was a total disaster and i regret booking it. Hopefully, this serves as a warning to anyone else looking for a place to stay. Make sure to check for khatmal before you check in. The receptionist and all the members staff are having good communication and helpful persons. All the facilities are provided by them.

I stayed here for Vaishno Mata Darshan. Hotel is very less poplular and hard to find easily.. Room is unhygienic and No cooler facilty was there. Ventilation is also not there. Fooding is availabe nearby and good staff behavior is good

No room service, no clean blankets, unhygien bathroom, no ac.

It's finising was very old and bathroom also outside the room food was good and staff behaviour was not good

Nice room according to price. The cleanliness was also good. Washrooms are good and clean. Basic facilities like wifi, toiletries were there.

Very poor hotel hai koi saaf saafai nhi hai koi tv kaam nhi karta hai. Bolo to bus ek machis ka dabaa. Hai

No proper hot water for bath. Otherwise it was good. Location-wise it is near to banganga route and market is easily approachable.

Worst experience ever I see. There is no amenities like soap, telephone, clean bed sheets, television. They were not coming for cleaning service. bed and room are not cleaned while check - in. Water tap is leaking. Complete room has foul smell like used bed and wet clothes.

Stay was comfortable…Rooms were economical and Clean. Guest House didn’t had food facility but it was Just outside the Guest House. There are 3-4 options related to Food.

Room has no ventilation, marked suffocation in room. No attached let bath in room. In night there were rats in the room that felt very scary.
