The property doesn't match as per pictures. Toilets are very bad and low maintenance

The facilities were good but we did not receive the parking space at the time of arrival. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The building is little old but they maintain it properly. Neat and clean room and toilet. The host and the owner were helpful. The owner has a restaurant too and he helped me with food at late night too. Other restaurants seem to be little far. He charged reasonable only and huge quantity.

I am travel-ling from different places i had booked a room in a hotel considering i will be staying for a long term but the plan got changed i have to travel to another place. I had checked in and out within 10 minutes thereafter and handed over the room key to reception. Stay was just max 10 minutes and my trip charged 1272- after speaking to customer care there is no possibility of refund any amount. The question is how can someone be allowed to charge a hefty amount for a lesser time of stay. Experience with customer care of make my trip and make my trip service is unsatisfactory. Terrible service and in future will not avail services.

Hotel is located opposite to main bus stand which is super busy area, and surrounding place is dirty and filthy. Ambience inside the hotel is just average. Only the photos look super good. Also too much of mosquito menace. Couldn’t sleep whole night

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, bath towels are dirty, no power backup it was bit difficulty to stay long

Room is good. But problem of mosquito is horrible. Couldn't sleep. There was no mesh for windows. Manager is very cooperative and friendly.

We stayed here for one night on the way from bangalore to goa. The hotel is new, well maintained. The ac delux room we took was very spacious with clean bathroom. It's right opposite to the harirar bus stand so strategically located. Will definitely come back again.

A very below average place, hygeine and cleanliness needs to be taken care of. This place is just ok incase you find nothing to just spend the night on a road trip. Too expensive for the price. We checked in late at 9pm wanted to extend the check out by 2 hours but the management just dint want to accommodate our request and asked us to check out asap the lodge was barely book and was all empty.

Hotel location is not at decent place not recommended for family stay. Also hotel service is pathetic

I went to harihar on some personal work. The location of the hotel is very near to my work. The front desk staff were very courteous. There was no disturbance at all. The room was tidy. I recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

I stayed for a night while traveling from goa to banaglore. Hotel is good in terms of distance from bangalore and good for a night break. Limited food option in the market but ok for a night stay.

The place is fine. Very helpful staff but as we took the non-ac room, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Couldn't sleep properly.

We had an overnight stay at sai comfort hotel, harihar. It is located just opposite to the ksrtc bus station. Very well maintained rooms and our stay was pleasant.

Hotel located at very convenient location and well maintained property. Rooms are clean and neat. Recommended for family stays aswell.
