Horrible stay

Booked for Sai Leela but there is no hotel in Matheran by this name. Room was stinking, bed sheet was stinking, blanket was stinking. When asked to change they didn't have replacement for anything whether blanket, towel or bed sheet. Room was full of insects. So called room boy misbehaved and said "itne paise me jaan loge kya, don't complain me speak to your online booking agent". Most horrible experience. Don't know why they don't provide option of zero rating. Wish to rate below zero.

coupleThe pictures shown in the add are wrong. It's not a hotel. It's just a room which a family give on rent. Had worst experience there. Bathroom doesn't have hot water no ventilation. The dustbin was not cleaned after last stay and the blanket had hole in it . Don't ever stay in this place.

If you face any problem there is no one locally to attend you need to call than person visit. AC was not working got resolved after 3-4 hours and next day morning AC has been shutdown by owner.

The number and the name given by MMT was not recognized and even I was having my the Code and the Hotel name and everything in email as well as Hardcopy but they did not allow me and said I will have to make them. Contact the person which took 4 to 5 hrs and then the room was allotted to me .. Rooms were good and location as well but its was just coordination that was missing ...

Awesome experience in this room, Great service and food is good, near to Matheran station ... Staff management is very much friendly. As compare to other hotel .. But toy train is not working .. But. Great experience in this hotel

Didn't able to find the hotel only complete waste of money all my money got waste contact num given in the profile of hotel ia wrong worst experience ever... Complete waste of money time and energy i'll recommend not to book this hotel.
