SAI NATURE RESORTS, URLI KANCAHN, PUNE

I booked room for two days using make mytrip. I received confirmation and a link to location and contact numbers. My credit card was charged. When we went to the location using gps, we found that there was no resort at that location. We called the contact number but there was no response despite trying several times. This was late evening. So we were forced to book another hotel. This caused immense inconvenience. When we returned to our hometown, we called mm t and registered complaint. We were told that somebody will get back to us within 24 hours. So far we haven't heard back from mmt. We want immediate refund for the money we paid but didn't receive any service. Also, we ask mm t to investigate and remove this service provider from their list if this vendor is no longer in business. Stop accepting booking from this vendor if they are not in business any longer.

We were here for 2 nights and we enjoyed the stay here, best part of the stay was excellent service given by care takers Bishan singhji and nanku both were very good and served us whatever was demanded so full marks to them. The resort is in the interiors so it's very peaceful and you can enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were good but since they were used after long time it had a typical smell you get when you open rooms after few months. Overall it's an absolute value for money and can be considered for both group holiday or if you are just looking at relaxing doing nothing then even for private family holiday.

If you want a "resort" experience stop Reading this is not for you. Frangipani is not a resort. It's a cluster of cottages in the back of beyond where you can go to unwind. What not to expect: Room service. Professional stewards. Luxury. Not really a couple's place. What to expect: Quite and peace. Green surroundings. Basic food service. Clean rooms. Go with friend's and family. Stock up on all essentials you think you need to have fun including knicknacs and drinks and you will have a ball. We were a large group of ten people and spent two nights. It was great fun. Particularly as we wanted quite. Has a good activity room. Cycle, walk, ride an ATV, play volleyball, swim, chess, carom, pool. Borrow the Karaoke and sing till kingdom come no one will stop you. Watch the sun set. See the train cross a bridge in the distance. Hear yourself breath. If that sounds exciting to you go there. If you want a "resort" experience stay away. Clean rooms, OK food, great experience. I am going again.
