Sai Palace Hotel

sai palace Sai Palace Hotel rooms are extremely well done & maintained. perfect ergonomics & material used in bathroom, specifically the workmanship is outstanding. i liked the room so much that i would have given this feedback anyways. room service food needs a bit improvement & the order taker did not sound like someone from a standard Sai Palace Hotel. a good female voice would help. during checkout, there was no communication between me & the people behind the counter, this is bad, like no one cared. H/K, M&E, projects have done a good job & the owner seems to care for these things & the staffs are also well behaved but a bit more class would help. i will stay in this Sai Palace Hotel everytime I come to Mumbai henceforth, as I like the rooms a lot. i worked for the Taj group of Sai Palace Hotels between 1998 & 2004. thanks

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options, from local Maharashtrian dishes to international favorites. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to local attractions and transport options, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mumbai.

property is very nice & airy. room interiors are very unique and beautiful. restaurant need to re work on the food taste. except over all its a great experienced for me to stayed here & I liked this property.

Initially they gave a room which was below standards..later on, insisting on them, they gave a better room. they charge for Ice cubes and chilled water bottles...though it should be complimentary..

I had a pleasant stay at Sai Palace. I liked the service however I just felt like the breakfast area was renovating so the breakfast should have been held at a different area.

spacious rooms and quick service .the only flip side is it's location . you can hear the honking of traffic which is quite annoying.

Good Sai Palace Hotel to stay. Good staff, buffet was delicious. For good buffet there were variety of options available.
