Sai Priya Inn

I was wrongly informed about early check-in, which was actually not allowed at the property. I ended up wasting around 2.5 hours waiting and roaming outside because they denied check-in. The place was also very unhygienic, and when I contacted customer support, there was no proper help. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money. Please look into this and take necessary action.

Yes. Thank you so much. Yesterday i visited sai priya residency located at kakinada. It was terrible. No room service no hot water for bath bath towels were very bad. No phone in room to communicate with reception the pillow was very very bad. How can i redeem this ?

The hotel stay seemed to be a nightmare to me. The basic amenities were luxuries here. The staff were really rude along with the manager. The manager especially is a hell of a person with no knowledge on how to speak to a client. He forgets his basic duty and in return doesn't bother about the hotel either. I was threatened that my luggage would be held if i don't pay him extra just for the sake that i am extending the stay an hour late. And he doesn't want "make my trip" to get into the booking affairs.

The hotel is very need and modified newly and rooms are very neat and pleasant and good staff response. Tq. Where can i get the discount. Hlo. Hello
