Average Service Fan speed is very unsatisfied. Not clean properly and mosquito is big trouble.

No complimentary breakfast was available and room service is horrible no one responded we had to wait for 2 hrs to check in

This hotel is meant for gamblers, drunkards, and other unruly elements. The look of the hotel itself is terrible. The hotel people told me that the my-trip app collecting lot of commission out of the money paid by the customers and also showed the accounts. My-trip collected rs 2998 and the real cost of the room was rs 1150. Cheating cheating every where and my-trip is not an exception

Room is not clean, bathroom is pathetic. No tv, no water, not at all cleaned. Family is not safe to stay here.

No power when i enter to the room. Room was not cleaned bedsheet was found stains walls of the room has blood stains some insects died. Bathroom was not at all cleaned from long time it’s stinking both room and bathroom. Not at all recommend.

Good location. Staffs are very well behaved. Even allowed some hours after checking out to accommodate my travel timing. Good experience

No cleanliness, also rooms are not hygienic. Cockroaches in both rooms and bathrooms. Very poor maintenance.

Worst maintenance. We booked for 3 persons and room size is very small. How the hotel can allow booking for 3 persons in such a small room. Bathroom is full of cockroaches. Staff behaviour also rude. No car parking available. Never ever book any room like this

Never book this hotel including breakfast because they don't have kitchen and they will not refund you extra money for breakfast also

Staff not wearing mask. They are not pleasing. Toiles are not clean. No attached restaurant. Breakfast not served even though complimentary breakfast is included in the package. No one in the hotel following covid protocol.

In house foot facility is not available, shortage of water supplies, several power cut and delayed switch over to alternate power. No backup power at night during power failure.
