There is no hot water after 9 am in the morning and lift is only available until 2 floors. Really had a bad time as they charge 1000+ per day and didn't supply hot water at 12pm which is very annoying.

Hot water was not available when we checked in around 2pm. Lift only till 2nd floor but our room was at 3rd floor. Opening below the door allowed outside cool weather in throughout the night

Room was clean but very much congested, i have booked the 2 family room for 7 members each but only 5 members could adjust in bed. And also there is no powe lr backup as we struggled lot in night due to power cut

familyNo shower in bathroom. No water mixer cold and hot. No cloth holder in bathroom. No soap and shampoo. Bedsheet not cleaned with bleach. So white bedsheet look bad. Only 1 plus point it's just next to shridi temple.
