We took 2 rooms, there were no fan only AC and faced power issues multiple times. Room is OK. There is no room service after 5PM, they said day shift employees left and it will take time etc reasons. Even though tried having tea just in front of the hotel a small idli kadai. They said tell to our hotel waiter for the tea. So that they can charge 25 Rs per tea. Too worst behaviour and tie up with hotel waiter and idli kadai ladies. Parking space is very limited and hardly 4 cars can park there, that too we can park one in front of another like that and they were call us to move the car anytime if required. Overall average and service wise poor. Should improve the room service and reduce charge for basic tea/water even though no restaurants and food providing. If either complimenting breakfast, then it will be coming from in front of idli kadai only. And the waiter will charge triple of charge. So better go and eat from outside and avoid taking rooms with complimentary breakfast.

It was a small room but quite good. i had booked because of the parking space which was safe and better compared to other stay. would be better if they provide hangers for clothes like shirts and t-shirts overall a good stay which connects all the main places

it turned out to be a basic lodge, not a proper hotel. Basic amenities like towels and drinking water were missing, and I had to ask for everything. Even the breakfast included in my MAP plan was arranged from a roadside dhaba, which is unacceptable for a 3-star listing. This experience was highly disappointing and misleading

Sai sentoor paradise: our review. We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Rooms, bathroom were clean. All basic amenities were provided. Morning breakfast provided was excellent. Sai sentoor hotel stay was good. The rooms were small but good. The bathroom was clean, hot water was provided. The hotel is also near the center. We didn't opt for breakfast, but near by Hotel 'Palaharam' is walkable and very good taste food.

Worst service provided. We did not stay at the hotel due to some issues. They did not return 1 rupee also. 0% hospitality. Terrible experience from the hotel team.

My recent stay at sai senthoor paradise Puducherry was exceptional overall. I would highly recommend it to couples and families seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The hotel is located in a prime location, close to the beach and many attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the spa. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of options. I felt that the hotel was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again."

No sanitary available in the bathroom. Rooms are having a smell. No soap, shampoo and dental kit. No room dining is available.

Breakfast served on19/11/202 was of very bad quality oil quality very poor, No test, on 20/11/2024 we have intimated in advance we will not take breakfast as yesterdays quality of breakfast was not satisfactory. Here they charged ₹500/- per day for the same but on 20/11/2024 we had breakfast @ Other place @₹360/- of very good quality. I request you to refund my breakfast charges for 20/11/2024. The hotel shown in-house restorant but not having the facility. Even salty water is served for utilities

Besides the fact that room size is little small, everything went so well. The reception guy was so helpful for any queries or needs. Very understanding and supportive.

It was really a fun stay as the entire place is well maintained and located in an easy accessible area. The only down side is the parking as there are limited parking space available in the premises and you have to park the near by streets when the in-house parking gets full. Other than that, this place is a pretty neat and calm place to stay.

Good experience not expected level it's ok for staying. Otherwise room location it's not comfortable.

The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, gave us the basic supplies (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels. Hotel is in the main market, very close to all the cafes and beach. We travel-led by our own vehicle and they had ample parking space. Would recommend this place
