Saibala Grand Airport Hotel

Location is good for a traveler who needs to stay over for connecting flight. They provide free pick up. However, I seemed to overhear two Chinese tourist meet difficulty to ask the Hotel to arrange a Saibala Grand Airport Hotel to drop them to their destination. It seems Saibala Grand Airport Hotel car is not available until 8:30am. Anyway, I used Ola Cab to drop me to Chennai Airport, while Saibala Grand sent some one to pick me up in the previous night. If you don't book directly from them, make sure you can to remind for free pick up. Complimentary pick up/drop off is only for one way. The other way they will charge RS. 300. Room is OK, but AC is central control, and I feel the AC was very weak. I don't like the breakfast because personally I don't like South Indian Food. There is no room service menu in my room, so I ended up not ordering anything,

Fantastic transit Saibala Grand Airport Hotel, with the airport just being a 10 min drive away. The room, food and the service was just fantastic. We reached the Saibala Grand Airport Hotel around 10:15 pm and the Saibala Grand Airport Hotel management was courteous enough to keep the restaurant open as all of us were very hungry. The food tasted good as well and when we got to the room, it was clean and big enough for you to take a nap and head for the airport early next day. Would recommend this Saibala Grand Airport Hotel if anyone insists on a transit Saibala Grand Airport Hotel close to the airport. They even have a free drop to the airport. Isn't that amazing.

This reasonably priced and clean Saibala Grand Airport Hotel is best for travelers looking for proximity to the airport - just 10 mins away. It is located in a small town with many eatery including Domino’s. During check-in we mentioned we were tired and preferred a room at a quieter side of the Saibala Grand Airport Hotel, and they happily accommodated us. Though the key to the room was missing, probably bagged by some forgetful or hurrying guests, the staff were always available to open or close it for us whenever we wanted. Oh yes, the breakfast is included. Overall, a pleasant experience.

It is good budget Saibala Grand Airport Hotel with very close location to the airport. You may enjoy clean room with comfortable bed and clean Linen. Food is the only disappointing thing, I could find in Saibala Grand Airport Hotel. If you are not South Indian, you may dislike breakfast and other meal. Even the South Indian stuff was not up to the mark. Hotel will charge you for all the small things like if you want to have omelette in breakfast, they will charge, if you want to add butter, they will charge. Food price is also high. It is good Saibala Grand Airport Hotel for solo stay.

Location is good only if you want to stay close to the Airport. The initial service I got is simply awesome! Extremely helpful staff. The room was nice but tiny. If they add couple of things I believe they will get minimum 4 stars for all categories. Such as: -Clean Floor Mat in front of the Washroom -Tea or Coffee Sandal in the Washroom etc. -Free pickup & drop to the Airport. The difference between online booking vs direct booking is 40% !!! Unfortunately the food was extremely spicy! The chef must be trained because the guests could be from anywhere!

We had gone on a family trip for 3 days, booked through Make my trip. The Saibala Grand Airport Hotel is very close to the main road. The front office, service and the security staff were very courteous. The room was pretty clean and tidy, including the bath rooms which is generally one of the critical factors. Moreover we really enjoyed the food at their restaurant. Both veg and non veg varieties were very tasty, though the spread for the breakfast buffet could have been improved. Overall I recommend this Saibala Grand Airport Hotel for families.

First of all the location of the Saibala Grand Airport Hotel was so convenient for us. It is just 750 meters from the pallavaram bus stop. Plus: Service. Cleanliness. Perfect room for a family. Dinner & Breakfast combo (not buffet) are suffice and good. Minus: Food items are bit costly. E. G: 3 idli - Rs. 53 (even costlier than Murugan Idli Kadai & HSB). P. It is good Saibala Grand Airport Hotel. It is value of money. Cleanliness, room, facilities are excellent. Breakfast was good. But one big problem is with Saibala Grand Airport Hotel except 1 or 2 they don't want to speek in hindi. Complimentary facility for receiving in airport good but if you want to book cabs from Saibala Grand Airport Hotel to railway station etc they will charge double. Rest all usuall it is good.

I liked the location of Saibala Grand Airport Hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean. They are well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Food is also good. Based on my request, they have granted me time extension fit check out. I recommend to stay again.

I stayed in deluxe room, it was bit small for 3 of us. Or else everything is good.

Location of this is good and overall services is good the best part is 24hr check in facilities. So this is good for me and my group for anytime of check in and overall services like cleanliness, facilities size or room is good. In all aspect this is value for money .,

I visited Chennai in June earlier this year and am really glad I decided to go with Saibala. Great location, not too far from airport and they provide airport drop off. Good food, good variety in the included breakfast buffet. Total value for money.
