The room in which we stayed was an average room. Fans were not regulated by the regulator, gyser was not working properly. Apart from these rest of the things were okay...

I had both checked in itself and asked for refund as the hotel room what shown in pic and what actual was very terrible

Guest house is not maintaining hygiene, i have booked for room for deluxe ac room, but hotel management issued me normal room with full of mosquitoes, even people are not cleaning cup.

Rooms not clean, used water bottles served at room for drinking, toilet not clearn. Beds soft like rock.

The guest house is good for 1 day stay, but need to be more hygienic. Room service is too late and according to rates the rooms are not good. There is no electricity while i has staying in room, i have to change my room to sleep and take shower.

Very poor quality rooms and the entire set up was like a cheap lodging.

Overall good stay, cooperative staff. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Pleasant experience all together. Will stay in same hotel again if required

It's kind a average hotel but staff was very good and supportive.

International travelers should definitely avoid this. It’s an unsafe location. The entrance to the lodge is via a passage located behind the “Ratna Vegetarian Restaurant”, a dingy rat-infested corridor. A flight of stairs to climb and then I saw the front desk where the check in person announced that he can’t give me the room I had booked because I didn’t have an “Aadhar Card”. I had left my luggage on a bench while I was explaining to the Manager that I had a US Passport and hence don’t have the “Aadhar Card” that he demanded. While the Manager was scrutinizing my US Passport another person walked over and sat right next my Carry on bag which only had a zipper for access. I quickly asked the person to step away from my luggage. I then decided to leave the premises ASAP

Pathetic stay

Location is outstanding and it's low cost hotel so can't expect anything else but overall a nice experience

Room was too small for 3 people not much spacious.

It was a business tour. The hotel is at prime location. Thogh surrounding of hotel are not good and if do not have his own catering, but they manage it and provide you room service. Staff is cooperative. As a whole I can say, it's an economical option, at prime location

Cleanliness to be improved common Bath rooms not good

No problem with stay, not any issues with hotel, but check in, check out, time should be our options as we required

Congested, unhygienic, bed, bedsheet, pillow, blanket everything uncleaned, not at all preferable for family tour.
