Property location suited us as our mobility is a bit restricted. We could have clear sea view from our room. Hospitality and room service were excellent. Food was to our liking. We enjoyed crab after a long time. Good stay for it's price.

My stay in this hotel was pleasant. The staff are very well behaved and room service was very good. The complimentary breakfast is very good. But otherwise the rate of the dishes for lunch and dinner is quite high. There is no thali system. While checking out i had to pay some extra charges which i was not informed earlier.

Stay and staff behavior is very good. Have a great view. Breakfast is very good. Only quality of lunch/dinner is required to improve.

It was an inhabitants room assigned to me. I had to pay another rs. 700 to get a habitable room. Big disappointment!

Wash room - very low lighting no proper ventilation excessive height of comode room - ok type balcony - den of pegions food - excessive price quality ok except rice. Others - no toiletries except small soap no electric kettle with tea kits. Intercom not working. Service and staff behavior good. Sea view from balcony awesome. Remarks - room facilities below average in comparison to high price. Authority should look into the room facility field urgently to attract more customers in present competitive market. Well wishes to saikatabas staffs.

I have previously been here. Great experience.

On 15th july 2023 i was stay this hotel in room no. 103, 1st the room was totally bad conditions, 2nd room service are not available due to rooms phone was daed. Also i'm too much disappointed service, today when i check out your hotel appointed staffs are said that a food bill and room bill are ready where i have not any food ordered your resturent

U charge high rate for such sub standard hotel. This hampers your reputation. Will put in face book. No thanks. No further correspondence with your establishment. Want money refund. Doors of washroom was already broken my finger injured. Pl. Do not try 2 contact. U cheated for digha hotel saikatbas.

But the charges for digha development was not understandable.

Location is good. Property is decent, but requires upgrade.

It was not worth visiting here, room was not good at all, and the quality of food is miserable. Waste of money.

The hotel is not well maintained. Very old. Sofa and bed is not cleaned. Food is very expensive. Not much items are there.

It's definitely been a good experience for me to be on the beach. All the tourists who want to stay in Digha can once request them to see the beautiful environment near the beach once in the beach hotel. The breakfast you serve in the morning is undoubtedly tempting.

Here is my review - 1 decor and lighting was too colorful to the extent of being gaudy. 2 staff behaviour was good. 3 rooms were poor - as compared to the tariff - walls looked not painted in last 10 yrs; linen good; in the 3-bedded room, the 3rd bed was a rickety steel cot ! 4 food cooking quality was good but everything else - presentation, cutlery, service, and item choice - was poor; breakfast spread lacked fruits/non-v items like sausage/salami etc. And sweets/desserts. 5 overall 4 in 10. 6 the only thing that can be termed as excellent is location, credit for which goes to some unknown government officials 60yrs back. I also hold mm t responsible for including such a below par property and couldn't care much for your offer of 5% discount.

In toilet no soap case, handshower is broken, balcony door stopper is not working, no fruit item in complimentary breakfast, no free mineral water, no electric kettle and accessories for preparing tea or coffee which is complimentary in dighali. Location is good, behaviour of staffs good, cooking is also good, room spacious. Upgradation required in this competitive market.

Our stay at saikatabas is very good. This property is at prime location of old digha, within walking distance from mohona, approx 1km. Food taste and quality are average compared to the price. Hotel staff are polite and good. Overall a happy experience. I will recommend this hotel who wants sea view from the hotel.

Good location, however the hotel shouldn't have any restrictions on when should the guests return. Bathroom was okayish but no exhaust. Location was excellent, staff was good. Parking was good too. Sea view from balcony was great.

We chose this resort for a short stay at digha. Family room for 4. On checkin we realised that it's two interconnected rooms and one bathroom. It's great. That's exactly what we wished actually. Rooms are spacious. Ac condition is good. Clean and hygienic bathrooms. And lovely food. We have dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Was fantastic. I certainly shall recommend and will stay there itself on my next trip to digha.

The hotel room was damp. Staffs were good. Food was good. Locality was excellent. The hotel was well connected.

One of the best hotel in digha u can see sea from your balcony hospitality is so qmazing rooms are amazing food is good overall good experience but next time i will not choose make my trip platform it shows wrong room charges during check in hotels charges more.
