The rooms are average to be honest. That's not the major issue. One issue i faced was that there was no hot water for my bath in the room where i was staying. If the owner could put a small gyser in the bathroom, it would be good.

No mobile network inside the room. You will be totally dependent upon the wi-fi only. Dirty linen and dirty towels.

It was ok. They give you a room. The check in was easy as well. The staff was a little rude however the place seems ok.

Ac was leaking did not get the room i paid for the host was not picking calls and in-house kitchen was filled with cockroaches

It was wonderful specially the home like food.

Food was good, location was terrible as there was no network, the was given us one at first floor second in ground floor we couldn’t enjoy.

They have different properties within 1-2kms. We booked room for c9 but they made us stay in c6 which is such a worse room with no ventilation. No windows, not even a space for a person to stand. Caretaker is fine. But it was cheating since i booked the property seeing other rooms which were better. Do ensure to check the stay as per your booking to not to get disappointed.

I traveled with 4 year kid and offered ground floor room which has 100 of mosquitoes all over. When asked initially for upper rooms it was denied and said that all were booked. Later on the room was shifted on upper floor. Privacy is a big hit as you will get balcony only in upper rooms and that also shared with other rooms and the balcony is accessible through washrooms through another door almost transparent curtain and dirty too. Room and bed sizes are small one and dirty and old pillows and linens were used. Even the bedsheets were faded and torn at multiple places. No ventilation and natural light in the rooms and soggy too. Very badly layout and furnished like 500 rs lodge available at highways or near railway stations. Better you stay in any dormitory rather than here and it should be the last room available in delhi before you opt for this. As of now, the most pathetic stay i ever had. The only good thing is surrounding which is green and serene. Strict no for family and couples and people who like ventilation. Go for any other property, you will find better than this sailors home.

. The staff was amiable to a large extant. There is no hue and cry in the surrounding since it is in a residential area. Food is served at a particular time only. Other times, one need to order online. Geyser was not working. For security reasons may be, the gate remains closed. You need to ring the calling bell. There is no shops or pharmacy within 100 metre range.

Caretaker was every helpful and active, just a little upgradation of the bedspreads and blankets and room interiors would be wonderful

Gopal the care takes was very friendly and humble, he deserves a raise! period.

So the property is very well centered if you know delhi, otherwise map keeps taking you here and there. Upon checkin i was greeted by a very rude care taker he was the main guy other than the cook. I requested for breakfast at 7am due to work at the embassy he literally went into an argument about that. Rooms are very very basic, bathroom has stains and mosquitoes in it. I was served a basic breakfast but just by keeping it on the table the cook vanished and i had no one to help. So overall this is not hospitality they really need improvements

Comfortable stay. Food as per choice. Food price may be rationalized.

We were provided a very small suffocating room but later on shifted to much bigger rom after protest.

At first we arrive in the location shared but care taker inform us that our stay is booked in another property nearby going to that property the room was not what they have displayed no windows and all again i ask for help then finally they took me to another property, it was nice clean and spacious.

Good and decent location at this price for a short visit

Average food average accommodation complimentary breakfast was just horrible

Rooms are small without intercom facility, tv set box was not recharged grooming of care taker needs to be checked. Over all food was good but cooked next to washing machine.

I was there hardly half an hour.
