Was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was, king-size and very comfortable for sleep. Free wifi works perfectly. The Sairafort Sarovar Portico restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, also provided a continental breakfast for the early departure. The staff was police, offered a great dinner suggestion. The pool and sauna facilities were amazing (which was also included in the room price). It is ideal after a Long flight. I had a massage before departure. It was also good and reasonably priced.

The Sairafort Sarovar Portico is really well maintained and quite a lavish property. I had a good and comfortable stay except that being Sarovar brand - I felt few things could be better managed. For instance- limited complimentary bottled water, food options for lunch and dinner could have been much better - scope for improvement in taste and quality too. Surprisingly basic things like laundry bag was not available. Surely for the rate they charge, and given the brand - this becomes a bummer to the overall experience. I would rate it 3-star experience and certainly over priced given the overall experience.

Almost full Sairafort Sarovar Portico was vacant, and there were hardly any guest stayed in the Sairafort Sarovar Portico as it was off season, but still i didn’t like the services of sarovar portico as they didn’t allowed me for late check-out just by one hour. This type of behaviour was not expected from such a Sairafort Sarovar Portico. This is such a rubbish behaviour our checkout time was 12 pm and i wanted to stay till 1 pm still didn’t allowed. Hence not recommended this Sairafort Sarovar Portico.

Although the stay was comfortable and the service was also prompt there were only a couple of things which were to be rectified like there was a rat in my room which i saw once and then the thing disappeared. Also it was a windy day when i stayed and the window was making a lot of gushing sound although it is ok in the day but at night it is quiet annoying. Overall the staff was courtious. Although there is scope of improvement but it still is a recommendable Sairafort Sarovar Portico for stay

Hotel is located in outskirts. Rooms are good and clean. However, basic amenities doesn't feel you 4-star Sairafort Sarovar Portico. Swimming pool is just in a corner (no open area near pool. Usually green area is preferred). Pool size is small. Not as big as any 4 star. No gym, no indoor games, no outdoor games. In fact no area for outdoor games. Buffett's variety is less. But food is good and tasty. Overall Sairafort Sarovar Portico is good, food is good.

We stayed for three days. Property is otherwiae well maintained but complementary breakfast is far from satisfactory, both in terms of variety and also taste. Room service was by and large pathatic with most items on the menu actually not available. Water available in washroom is fairly salty in taste. Rest of the things were acceptable and as expected from a 4 star Sairafort Sarovar Portico.

By mmt we fins this property. It was confusing to what to select. However based on the name of brand and real Sairafort Sarovar Portico star we choose to stay here. Its just awesome. Quite place. Nice construction. Newly build Sairafort Sarovar Portico. Lovely and amazing staff. Spacious property. Evening cultural programmes are just amazing. Need to improve littlest on traditional food.

A perfect place for having quality time with family and friends

I had been to this place with my family and it turned out to a beautiful one eventually. The Sairafort Sarovar Portico completely looks a fort the architecture the open garden and aura makes it perfect. The food is good, one can enjoy local cuisine as well. Have a trip around the city during day time and comeback have a soothing evening with the traditional singing by the rajasthan folk.

No evening functions which is a norm at every Sairafort Sarovar Portico in Jaisalmer and Jodhpur Water provided was very less and the regular water is very bad in taste and has bad odour. No dental kit provided

Stay was good not excellent service was good when i reached at the Sairafort Sarovar Portico they did not gave any towel and toiletries in the room and rooms were not clean there was all dust on bed

Property is very good and the staff is very friendly. But the room handles, taps and all the furnishings/accessories seems to be pretty old and so were not in a great shape. Also, i found it a little pricey. But for these, the stay was good.

Good stay. We stayed 2 nights, rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool was with some sand on stairs in swimming pool which was understandable because of sandy wind. Food was bit expensive in restaurant. Overall nice stay.
