Beautiful stay! Hotel Namrata Palace is a perfect place to stay in Matheran. It is close to the matheran station The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The Kondiba Kadam has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Namrta Palace again. It’s a pleasant stay. Initially thought for location little worried, but after entering the room, it’s fantastic. Excellent service, cleaning at its best. Nature of entire family of owners are best and fully co operative. Even you can get the best help from them also. All in all it’s the best place to stay and best experience. It was good overall. The fan was a bit loud, but didn't need it much due to good weather. Overall the experience was good. It was just beside the railway station so it was easy to commute. The owner was really cooperative and the chai arranged by him was really good.

Washrooms were not clean and need maintenance as water were leaking out from flash tank and sinks also there were little cockroaches
