This is the budget Sairatna Hotel. Some facilities should have to improve like 24 hour supply of water. I observed that some reconstruction work is going on. I hope that more facilities will be improved in future months. Because the centenary celebrations of MAHASAMADHI will be started in OCT 2017. The main feature of the Sairatna Hotel is the location. Very nearer to the MAHASAMADHI mandir and beside of the dakshina mukhi hanuman temple. I like very much only about this facility

I first saw all the reviews, and was shocked after booking that many had said Sai Ratna was worse, then after reaching there, found our ac rooms were really good! It was neat, and bathrooms were clean. Even at the reception, thy were kind. It is nearest to Sai temple gate no 3. Overall stay was good for that price. Ratings for neatness good, location excellent, bathrooms good, room service average.

Hotel is just beside of the Hanuman temple.
