Location was good but good and overall cleanliness was very poor

Excellent experience with the stay and view the resort had. Especially the food. Though food is costly it’s worth the quality and quantity

Hotel location is not at all good. Road leading to the hotel is all damaged. Weather at the location is not so good. Zero cooperation by hotel. When i asked for a better room even in same category they asked 1000rs extra charge.

Although staff behaviour was good but poor food quality, unhygienic rooms, intercom not working and so many issues.

First of all i want to say that the location of the hotel is wonderful, you can see whole dehradun and mussoori city from the hotel yard, restaurant and also from your room, and the staff behaviour was very good and they are also very helpfull. Best hotel in mussoori hat i pa road

We were taken good care during our stay. Staff was very helpful and kind to offer variety of amenities and tour ecstasy. Food was amazing and hill views-are fabulous

Great stay with great view. Value for money stay and recommend for both family and solo travellers. View from executive room is excellent and help from support staffs are notable one. Pick up and drop facility for mall road is free and a great help.

However cost taken for standard rooms are too much and room sizes are very small

Very difficult to reach without any signboards. After reaching there, none was aware about my booking and advance payment made by me. My situation was like a begger who is begging for water kettle, room heater, plumber & electrician for repair of fittings.

Food was very good, the room and washroom was fully cleaned and it is safe to stay there.

Everything is good about this property. Food quality, service, staff behaviour etc but the best part is the location of this property. You will get to see breathtaking views from any corner of this property. It is 100 perfect worth staying here.

Beautiful location. food is also good. There was bonfire and music on some occasions. as we visited on 25 Dec. we celebrated the night with music , good food and bonfire. Thanks

Resort is good, away from main city, scenic, windy, but rooms were not cleaned properly and bathrooms too

Great stay with amazing views!

I fell in love with the view from the resort. The city was almost sparkling whole night. Service is the best. We got everything we asked for. Very polite and friendly staff. Value for money. I would love to come here again.
Not at all crowded, rooms are far away. Lot of free space to roam around the resort. So you dont feel irritated to maintain social distance

Great view from the hotel, food was ok, very slow service.
No temperature check & use of mask. No sanitizer installed in anywhere & no sensitization done anywhere.

It has got very good view of sunrise, Mussoorie, Bhatta Falls and Doon Valley. Food is good. Staff is submissive. But room is not cleaned every day. You have to ask for same.
