SAJ Earth Resort & Convention Center, Kochi

We stayed at saj for couple of nights and our first reason was the proximity to the airport. In terms of our experience, it started bad for us where we were given a very bad room initially with broken ac, no hot water and overall very dated. I tried dealing with the house keeping and reception folks for couple of times before escalating to the manager. Would like to call out on sherin, the property manager - he was quite empathetic to start with, heard us out and then immediately sprang into action. 20 min later we were upgraded to a suite room which was a completely different and better experience for us. He had apologized for the initial bad start but assured of a great experience since. Do ask for sherin, he is definitely their star!

The accommodations were superb. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. The culinary offerings at your resort were outstanding. We enjoyed every meal, and the variety of dishes offered delighted our taste buds. It was evident that great care and expertise went into each dish. The swimming pool was another fantastic feature. It provided a refreshing way to unwind, and the well-kept pool area added to the overall charm of the resort. In summary, our stay at saj earth resort was a delightful experience, thanks to your excellent team and facilities.

Resort was clean and tidy, food was great for lunch and breakfast but dinner was average, dinner menu and taste can be improved, we had an issue with the room where there was a lizard present but the team responded quickly and gave a change of room for us, they also waived off our lunch bill which i much appreciate. Swimming pool was the highlight, we really enjoyed it but it can be even more clean. Overall a good stay.

It was awesome location for me as it is very close to airport and very friendly staff. Everything was perfect i booked this property because of it's swimming pool but didn't saw that pool was under maintenance despite that staff provided me private pool where i enjoyed lot. Everything was perfect it's just amenities should be added more and complimentary breakfast should be there for what i paid the price.

Concept of all rooms facing and sharing same swimming pool was superb and unique. Rooms interior cleanliness and layout could be improved. Food could be better for the price as we had better food for much less rate. Complimentary breakfast should have been provided as many SAJ Earth Resort & Convention Center, Kochis provide the same for a lesser price stay. Service of staff was good.

The resort was near to the airport. The resort was spacious, the room was good surrounding by pool. The breakfast was average. Room service was not bad. If you spend more time in pool it will damage our skin. Good for family, for honeymoon, and also for friends. If you want to relax it's a good choice, it would be more better if the receptionist smile to customers.

We were searching for some SAJ Earth Resort & Convention Center, Kochi in close proximity of the airport and this was absolutely the right choice. Good ambience and facilities and also good for kids to play around. They have a huge swimming pool. Perfect for relaxation and having some time off. Only thing that we did-not like was food. Otherwise a great place

One word only-fantabulous. Its aura is just awesome, it feels like we are staying in a jungle in hustle bustle of city. If u are staying there, u wont feel going anywhere outside to visit some other place. Room with direct access to pool adds more smiles to your stay. Food and service are also best. Its a must stay for visitors. A really 5 star property

Saw the place and fell in love ❤️. Especially my daughter was super excited.The amenities are good .Staff is courteous .And very supporting. Wished had more days to spend .Will definitely look forward to spend more days the next time .Overall very good experience

The stay was good with beautiful ambiance but the food was not upto the mark. Moreover, ac was continuously making sound and charging ports were not working properly.

All the rooms are Island rooms and have A pool view There were small rafts and slides near the pool as well
