SALCETE BEACH RESORT

The resort is located in Colva. Its around 15 min walk from main colva beach 🏖️ point. If you hire scooty, its hardly a 3-4 min ride. There is a direct road also touching the beach, opposite to the resort, where mostly the dried fish smells comes, may be fisherman colony.. but that smell is only near the sea, no relation with resort. The resort is really beautiful with good and spacious room. Its neat and clean. The check in was very smooth. The entire property is well maintained. Starting from reception, housekeeping, restaurant staffs, security guard, every single person were very nice, understanding, polite. We 3 friends stayed with our family and kids for 3 days. The restaurant prepared exactly what we needed for child food. Now coming to the food served by restaurant, its simply awesome. We tried crab recheado masala, tandoori pomphret, golden fried prawns. Every item was superb. Sea food was just awesome. Thanks to the chef. Chicken tikka Masala could have been little better 😀. Breakfast items were also good. They serve idly, sambhar, pancake, chole bhature, poha, uttapam, poori, bread with jam , butter boiled eggs, porridge, fruits, juice, tea coffee. They keep changing items daily. Good Indian breakfast for sure. ,We didn't have any serious complaint on food served by restaurant. Infact we mostly ordered food from restaurant during our stay.. The swimming pool is a big one and thats a USP for sure. In short we had a wonderful stay in Salcete Beach resort. I would highly recommend others to definitely check out this place. The property is located in the serene and tranquil area just off the shore of colva beach , amidst the greenery and sultry smell of the ocean . The sea view from the balcony of the suites are a feast to the eyes. The royal suite is plushly furnished with a king sized bed with clean and comfortable sheets , two air conditioners , soothing lighting, a beautiful dining table with glassware for drinks , a mini fridge , a television , sofa . The washroom has the luxury of a jacuzzi which we thoroughly enjoyed making us feel super refreshed and relaxed . The reception and the room service staff were very polite and friendly. The negative point about the entire stay was that of the complimentary breakfast, was t very happy with the spread , the taste , the options , it could have been better . And yes they also have a beautiful pool with comfortable sun loungers ! On the whole it was a very comfortable and memorable stay at the salcete beach resort , colva !!!

My stay at salcete was awesome. Colva beach is just 250m away from this resort. The rooms were clean. They have all the standard facilities including breakfast, toiletries, ac, safe, geyser, nice lamps, a comfy bed and a small view of the colva beach from their card operated rooms. They have an open swimming pool too. The breakfast was good and the server was very polite and asked and served us each time we wanted something extra. A special mention to bhaskar who works at the reception for being pretty polite and understanding. Although the checkout time was 11 am, he gave us an extra 30 minutes to check out. Even the housekeeping staff were polite and had great attitude. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in south goa near colva. Also if you want to have a view of the colva beach go for the higher floor rooms. The only downside would be that they don't have any lifts. You would have to use the stairs

After searching more than 1 month, i found salcete beach resort in colva and trust me it’s very peaceful, close to the nature and 1-2 mins of walking distance from the colva beach. The staffs of the resort is super friendly and supportive. They helped me to arrange my sightseeing tours, arranging a cab and even guidence from a experienced tour operator in very minimal cost. The taxi driver that they have arranged - johnny is a good man. He took very good care of my family, especially my son throughout the trip. If i talk about the rooms, i booked the royal suite with map plan. The royal suite is very spacious and you will definitely going to get a luxurious feeling once you enter enter into the room. In terms of food, the quality and taste was amazing. The restaurant staff even served us the cuisines that were not a part of our map plan. They were very kind.

Location is awesome it’s just 5 minutes walk to colva beach. We stayed there for 5 nights. Room service was quick. Food and breakfast is also good and non spicy so we can eat in SALCETE BEACH RESORT with out any issue. Swimming pool view is awesome. Taxi stand is adjacent to SALCETE BEACH RESORT so it’s plus point if you want to hire taxi. We requested for 3 hours late check out but they denied as they were fully booked. So we spent few hours in swimming pool area. I have stayed in taj, ramada, accord group SALCETE BEACH RESORTs but never experienced this before. Also their contact number which is shown in makemytrip doesn’t work so i couldn’t confirm late check out before checkin the SALCETE BEACH RESORT. Overall it was good stay and we enjoyed.

Salcete is a good option if you want to experience colva beach, it is hardly 2-3 walkable distance from beach, however beach is visible from room though not a great clear view but it is visible. In my experience, room was comfortable, bathroom was neat and clean and overall it was a cozy comfort stay. However food is average but staff is very welcoming and generous and soft spoken and always pay attention to their every guest. I happened to meet with abhishek who was handling in restaurant was very polite and attentive. I wish him all the best. Great hospitality offers by SALCETE BEACH RESORT. My only suggestion to improve with food taste and i believe you can do as you are doing great with other aspects.

Pros: spacious and clean room and toilet. Has big swimming pool and free car parking space. Has a restaurant with variety of veg and non veg spread. Buffet for 600+ taxes is better than going for alacarte which will cost you more. Walkable distance from colva beach. Cons: no complementary dental kit provided. Breakfast had no variety only bread toast, vada pav were served to start our day, finally had to talk to chief to include south indian items like rice or dosa which they included poha next day. Drinks and sea food items were too expensive when compared to bangalore prices.

We had a wonderful stay at the salcete beach resort. The room was very clean, and the SALCETE BEACH RESORT took proper covid related measures to ensure that we have a safe stay. The SALCETE BEACH RESORT is located at a good location within walking distance from the colva beach. Good restaurants around as well, such as mickeys. The staff was very courteous and we did not have any problems with room service. The only let down was the food from the restaurant within the premises. Could have been tastier. Not that it wasnt fresh, just wasnt as good as maybe in other outlets at goa.

The SALCETE BEACH RESORT is in vicinity of multiple great restaurants and beach sacks viz. Boomerang & zoe's galleria. Rooms are nice and clean, complementary breakfast is great and it has a nice swimming pool. Taxi stand is also next to SALCETE BEACH RESORT. Main market is about 10 minutes walk.

Excellent stay, nice place and ambience, staff very cooperative. Colva beach is very near to resort. Overall worth to stay.

It's fantastic experience to stay in this property. Nice environment. A few minutes walk from the beach. The property is neat and clean. Staffs are also helpfull. Nice room service. Nice banquet hall. Nice swimming pool. There are a couple of indoor games too within the large banquet hall, like, table tennis, pool table, carrom, etc. I'm really looking to visit their again.

The stay was pleasant with beautiful rooms having all the required amenities. The location is at walking distance from beach. There was a decent breakfast spread and amazing food. Room service was prompt. The swimming pool was clean and clear.

It’s was nice but the price of the SALCETE BEACH RESORT is not reasonable over all very good quality and good staff staff behaviour is very impressive the one and only price should be less according to the resort

Stay was good. Colva beach is 3 mins walk from the resort. Nice hospitality of all staffs and rooms are neat and tidy. Food also tastes good except fish. Kids friendly foods are available on order.

Resort located in colva and is just 5 mins from sea beach. Resort is very nice and rooms are spacious. Resort has swimming pool which is clean and well maintained. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Just check in time is late 1pm.
