The floor was very unclean and sticky No phone to call reception. No parking facility. Location was good.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and I would gladly return in the future.

It’s the best property to book in Connaught Place. From the surroundings, service, amenities to everything it will not disappoint you.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at location is great but the bathroom tub was broken and leaking. No housekeeping provided despite mentioning to clean the room room was left dirty overnight and even next morning before leaving the room despite informing the front office and also making sure that the clean my room symbol on the door was on no housekeeping came forward to clean the room the entire 36 hours

rooms are nice but feels too much closed kind-off .. may be need to preffer one with window other time

Whenever I am in Delhi i always stayed here only as Saltstays have his unique image. Fantastic and excellent

Its a good place to spend time at the heart of delhi, with top notch connectivity. Only downside is food is not diverse but the room quality , space, hygiene is better than twice as expensive hotel.

it was good everything but checkin was late it was at 10:55 and then the food i ordered was quite costly but room was good they have good facilities there so yeah that wanna i want to review

My stay at Saltstayz Autograph, Connaught Place, Delhi was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the city. However, a few maintenance issues such as a broken cupboard handle, a non-functional shower, and poor bathtub drainage need attention. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service, but some improvements are required.

I was reaching the hotel from Airport. I was misguided about the shortest and fastest route by metro. On reaching at 10 am no front desk staff could check me in till 11 am after a tiring overnight journey. The reception persisted that I have to check out by 4 pm . After speaking with customer support I was told that check out can be done by 5 pm . Geyser not working , Bathtub not in serviceable condition. There is no in-house restaurant or a kitchen.

the stay was pathetic. customer service was very poor. staff was so careless. Food quality was not so good.

The room was very good. But house keeping service is pathetic. The iconic MotiMahal Restaurant had breakfast was so pathetic in quality and variety that last 2 days I only had tea. Intercom went faulty twice and second time was not replaced. No one bothered to provide complimentary water bottles after first day. No power backup through Generator. Refused for even paid extra mattress to accommodate a guest for one night.

the place is very Premium and has a good ambience in the heart of the City Delhi Cannaught place. The staff was good and the hotel was very decent and the cleaning was top notch at this place

It was amazing and Rahul from front office and one more guy from housekeeping were really there for the guests and had an amazing experience, hope to be there soon

Neat and clean stay. Perfect place to live. Perfect hotel staff . Hotel service for small things are also perfect.

Stayed for 3 Nights, had prepaid so could not even leave. Hotel does not have a lift, the water flow was negligible in the bathroom. When informed to the reception multiple times someone use to come and check, but nothing changed. . Very poorly dressed and poor hygiene service staff, the reception was okay but not helpful.
