I had a very terrible experience at the hotel as the hotel was under some kind of renovation, the bed was broken and it was all shady, towels were not clean, and the floor was also not clean. Overall a very bad experience

Infrastructure is good but no proper maintenance and house keeping is very very poor and bath rooms are very bad smelly .Food is not available there . The location is very near the road but I will not suggest it particularly for families .

I ended up booking this hotel as a last minute deal, but the hotel is a nightmare experience. Filthy rooms, stinky washrooms, stained walls and floor. I would prefer to sleep on the railway station platform. No toiletries, dirty towel - Horrible experience

Dirty and unhygienic bedroom and washroom, switches broken, insects on floor, smoke and garbage smell, old mattress. Also road outside the stay is completely broken. Overall extremely bad.

The staff were terrible, not respectfully. The room service is not available. Tye water bottle is also not provided. There were no basic amenities in the room. The bed sheets were dirty, smell bad, not properly maintained.. dirty floor, dirty towel.

Lift was not working and we were given room on 4th floor. The guy at the reception was very rude, aggressive and stubborn. The RO water they gave us in room had foul smell. Towel were not provided in room even after we asked them.

It was terrible!!! The rooms look entirely different than what were shown on the website. Staff is good, did the best they could. But the hotel and it’s price wasn’t justified at all! At that price one would expect much better place than that- even I could’ve got breakfast too. It was heartbreaking and yuckkkkkk!!!! Will never stay in saltstayz ever again.

There was no kitchen, lift was no working, towels were not provided. the large bed had two mattresses on it, which kept on sliding, so both persons had to adjust on one mattress only
