Had a bathtub but no hot water to soak yourself 🤣 No toilet paper Hand wash bottle was full but couldn't take it out as the dispenser wasn't working. Insisted me to pay for the food bill upfront that too even before eating then they forget to bring the scanner and kept calling on the landline and even my cellphone to collect the money when I was fast asleep around 11.45 pm. Air conditioner thermostat wasn't working. The fire alarm went on in the morning nd when I came out and asked the employee wasn't worried at all he just calmly said no need to worry someone must have smoked in the room, he was so confident that I thought it might be happening quite often. Had to upload the blank picture as they did not let me post the update. Rest was all okay

Comfy spacious rooms, quick room service and luxurious look of the interiors are some of the prime highlights of our stay. Also it's in the mall so uhh have access to movies, food court, shopping etc at your comfort.

Service of this hotel is very bad. This also inform to reservation during checkout and dinner also not good after discuss with manager they also not help

1. Saltstays mohali has strange rule, they collect cost food ordered hand to hand, but from 6th floor guests only. 2. Room service is very very poor. Also they charge randomly, charge different ammount for same food even on same day

First give me 50% discount on next booking

this was not a pleasant stay at all. The receptionist at the hotel were rude . During the visit, we faced electricity issues as well. The food was also below average.

I checked in around 7:30/8 pm yesterday- had booked breakfast room— I was a 7:15am room breakfast as I had to leave by 7:30– I kept calling no one picked up— no one served any breakfast

Location was very good, balcony was not good, food options were good. Cleanliness was okay but not in balcony

One of the most pathetic rooms ever it was so disgusting, the walls were all coming off. There was hair all over in the bedroom and on the sheets, the washroom was super tidy. They didn’t even clean the corners of the room before handing us over the cheapest, most furniture and aesthetics super disgusting day.
