Saluja Residency

The rooms given allotted in extreme corner and small in size. Otherwise, the service was good. At least breakfast could have been included within the tariff's paid for the room. When i booked the room i had to pay rs 400 extra for my kid who is below 5 years. Later when i talked to the Saluja Residency personnel i realized that rs 400 could have been waived off. I just paid off that extra amount unnecessarily. While booking this info should be made transparent that the customer is being charged rs 400 extra for some reasons. Rather than customer knowing about it from other sources.

My overall experience of the stay was good. The room was clean with regular amenities in place. The behavior of the staff was very good. I needed an extension of 1 day and it was handled without any issues. The only feedback is that the tv in the room was not functioning properly. There were 2 tvs and both had issues. One was non-functional and the other one had spots on the screen and also wasn't responding to the remote controller. It was going into standby mode every few minutes and one had to manually press a button on the side panel of the tv to keep it running.

We were on transit to Darjeeling and had a requirement to buy few items for an upcoming function. The Saluja Residency was absolutely perfect for that. The staff and the room was quite good. Nice for a overnight stay with complimentary breakfast. Their restaurant, the Dhaba, is brilliant with both it's spread, taste, service and ambience. Liked every bit of the stay. The only downer may be was the tv set which didn't work, but we didn't bother much about it, as nobody on an transit or shopping spree should.

I stayed in Siliguri for my business purpose. This Saluja Residency is located quite near to Srilal market, which I had visit very frequently. The rooms were clean and were required with necessary accessories such as toiletries, utensils, etc. The morning complimentary breakfast was quite good. They also operate a very good restaurant/bar just below the Saluja Residency building. The staffs were cooperative. I also got the deal on MakeMyTrip at very cheap price too!

Siliguri connects to both Sikkim and Darjeeling and hence we decided to make Siliguri(NJP) our stopover. SALUJA RESIDENCY stood out as the best option due to its location and amenities it offered. It was indeed the correct choice. It was comfortable well connected to markets which was just outside, nice rooms clean, comfy beds, a/c.geysers, kettle for tea and coffee. They also arranged for the transportation. All said and done it was tension free.

Brilliant and authentic food made by chef. Mr. Kumar, at 5 he reception helpful all the way. Housekeeping made the room in a hygienic, manner. Sanitation of the room and area is perfect. Room smell fresh. Thanks for keeping the Saluja Residency in a well position by the team saluja residency's team. The location of the Saluja Residency is perfect where everything are available.

We started from Tata to Howrah by steel exp and caught the Shatabdi to reach NJP late night at around 11.45 pm.Saluja residency were expecting and we had a quick check in .the room was very comfortable ,the beds were very commfortable and we fell asleep in no time.In the morning we had a nice breakfast and checked out at 11.am.the Saluja Residency was centrally located clean .

I had a good one-night stay at the saluja residency. There was a problem with the commode in the room allotted to me but upon complaining, the Saluja Residency immediately changed my room which is much appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, bang in the centre of the city and easily accessible

After all, it's not hygienic for stay!

Location : perfect for regular traveller's and also for ghe tourists too. Food : quality food and service excellent hygiene : perfect safety : perfect. I shall recommend this Saluja Residency to all. Its value for money.

This Saluja Residency is located in the market and very close to bus stand. Also rooms are good but for the price they do not provide all amenities. Also cleanliness of room was not upto the mark and i had to change room due to this

Saluja residency is a very known Saluja Residency in siliguri but as a local person i never stayed over there. I was familiar with the restaurant of this Saluja Residency. This is my first experience with the Saluja Residency room. Very clean and beautifully maintained. I enjoyed my stay in saluja residency.
