Excellent rooms and services Best one…

Not maintained reception lady is rude do not oblige to any request made

Rooms - Spacious and clean but, worn down. You could see plaster and paint fallen off from the wall and no maintenance done for the same in the room. Service - Slow. Asked for TV remote and was told it will be delivered in 10mins. Never got it. Finally I decided to sleep off. Parking - No underground parking available. Street parking available in front of hotel. Security present to watch over i guess. Toilets - Fairly clean and spacious.

No water bottles were provided till we asked, no kettle in rooms, tv was not working and they didn't recharge even after asking multiple times Bathrooms were not clean and there was no water coming from the bathroom tap, we had to use only a shower even to fill buckets.. This was not taken care of and not repaired till we had an 11 month old baby, we asked multiple times to get it repaired as we wanted to give her a bath, they said they will change our rooms, didn't do the same.. Didn't help with any concerns raised..

am not happy with what make my trip as suggested there was rude behaviour with receptionist use less rooms was damaged did not used properly one room .waste of money never I won't book in make my trip

Unhygienic room and dirty towels were there, No water in the washroom and unfiltered water was filled in the bottle- without seal.

Point 1 - Room telephone was not working. Point 2 - TV setup box was not activated later it was done, after complaining it took 30min to rectify. Point 3 - AC was making abnormal sound whole night so we couldn’t sleep properly. Point 4 - Wash room exhaust fan noisy. Point 5 - No water in wash room morning, after complaining one of the staff told there is a issue with the motor so we couldn’t get fresh up

Its worst hotel

We had booked 2 rooms and had 4 people, during booking we had mistakenly set it to 3 people but were charged extra 2000 for the 4th person despite there being no extra room

1) Location sent by MMT was not correct. had to call hotel & take directions. 2) stayed in room no. 222. wardrobe in room, did not have doors. 3) balcony door did not lock. 4) breakfast supplied was a parcel, sent to the room. want hot. 5) restaurant gave room service, but I had to pay for every order, upfront. 6) service and quality of service, was worth, something expected only in lodges / cheap hotels.

Had a Good stay in the hotel it had good ambience and cleanliness was top notch. All the amenities was good and tidy

The room is full of seepage

Room was very big, clean and tidy. View from the room is really good. Just doesn’t have parking but got a road side parking with security 24*7

The location is on the high way..wide roads.. But the amenties in the rooms are very minimal..

It was not cleaned before we check-in, toilet papers were not available, balcony door was not locking, not safe and walls were wet and patchy.. horrible experience..
