Samasth Palatial

I stayed here for one night as we were traveling further, stay was good. Rooms and bathroom were top-notch clean. Staffs were friendly and courteous. Very fewer amenities provided. Basic amenity like handwash was missing in the bathroom. Room that we stayed in had no handle or rack in the bathroom, it was broken so it was difficult to hand clothes in the bathroom. Also there's no specific parking space for vehicles. Club below our room was noisy at night. In-house restaurant food menu was good, had varities with reasonable price. Overall a good stay but could be better in the aspect of basic amenities.

Room as very small compared to other rooms where we stayed this time and the response was not good as we are trying to call them they are not responding us properly

Staff were all good and friendly and always in a helpful manner and the property is located in a good place with no much disturbance from the surroundings.

Rooms are quiet spacious as compared to price. but there is no dedicated parking available we have to park in front of building.

Well maintained room and also the amenities are good to enjoy with friends, with a resto bar on the top floor

Rooms are good but the phone was not working, house keeping service was not good, food is worst and too costly
