Tarapith is a very remote part which is tucked away near the Jharkhand border and also close to Bangladesh. This hotel is really well managed. Staff is polite and trained to give proper service. Rooms are well maintained. The swimming pool is decent. Food is excellent. Breakfast is delicious. Overall a very good stay. Location is close to Rampurhat railway station which has got good trains to Kolkata.

Good property with large rooms. Approximately 2km away from Tarapith temple with ample mode of conveyance available. Staff and reception guys are courteous and we'll mannered. Food is average . Better to avoid non-vegetarian Food. Breakfast spread was good.

Location of the hotel is Good. Decent food. With relevant pricing. I forgot my mobile charger at home, requested the staff if they could help with a charger temporarily which initially they denied that no charger is available but I saw at the restaurant behind counter they were charging there phones. Hospitality is not about smiling it's also about understanding the needs and helping me.

Everything is good except room services. Rooms are good sometimes electricity problem. Food was delicious but price was high. Room services are not good and mattress are not good our full body was in pain in the morning. All staffs are good. Thank you.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They responded to all of my queries on time. Opportunity: They should change the restaurant intercom number to a generic instead of keeping it similar to room number. Example : My room no. was 102 and restaurant's was 201. I kept getting calls from other guests by mistake.
