The worst experience I have ever had. Dirty rooms, old and broken amenities.

The room is not cleaned and someone has spit inside the room. Also the room has an unpleasant odor.

The rooms were very shaggy, damped and dirty. But all the staff's behavior was very good. They are pure human beings.

That hotel room so dirty. Owner need money only. Room service guys are uneducated and don't know how to talk customer. Telephones are not working Guys please don't go to this hotel

Location wise it is near to railway station hence good, care taker response was very good. Due to lack of time we couldn't avail the property's food. Overall the room was satisfying

Location good but amenities & services are not good. Required huge improvement. Bathroom not clean, TV not working properly.

- The walls & ceiling were full of stains - There was bad smell in the bathroom - Although it was mentioned that the restaurant was family restaurant it was actually a bar (not fit for children) - On porter service was available to carry luggage from/to the room - One of the room service personal (i talked to) was too rude. He refused to provide second towel for second boarder

location good but amenities and services is very bad. room quality is also very bad and room price is high.

hygiene and cleaning not in proper manner and electricity switches are not working. proerty not maintain basics and food quality is very average.

Please clean the bathrooms properly. And water supply is very slow Location is near to Railway station.

The room was good, but i will order a tiffin for breakfast. He is asking for money immediately. It is not good. We are staying there, and when we check out the hotel, we will pay the full amount.

The most worst part is there restaurant and the rooms feels to old

small room, broken almirah, looking of room very bad...... service is also not good.... not to stay with family... booked for three adult but bed is for two person. 4

1)taken extra charges for early check in. 2)in terms of rs1800- taken accommodation is very dirty and uneventful. 3)hotel staffs are very rude and unprofessional behavior with customers. 4)even if want to take extra charges for breakfast which mentioned in ticket booking. 5)want to give me non ac rooms even after after check my hotel tickets. 6)old broken beds and sofas were given under accommodation.

The hotel provided us with double bed for 3 persons. The rooms were dirty, so as the bed sheets. They said will provide a single mattress for the 3rd person which can be placed on the floor. I surely didn't book a hotel to sleep on the floor. We had to upgrade the room to ac to avoid the dirty room and paid 300 extra.

I am displeased to write that the hotel wasn't upto my expectations. Bathroom tap wasn't functioning same with intercom too. many more to write but.....
