SAMIRU

Ajay thakur on reception was very nice to us. He is very fair n polite. But the other guy who takes your food order was too aggressive and sometimes very co-operative. I think he has mood swings. On our very first day he help us to get breakfast (paratha)early for my infant who was crying. N make him comfortable. On next day he went little rude when my wife called for another paratha n when i was going for check out he again has mood swings he went aggressive n talk rudely and mr. Ajay thakur immediately takes action n told him this is not the way to talk with our guest. Kamal was very nice boy n helpious. Always helping with smile. Room was clean n washroom was clean. Mr. Ajay responded quickly whenever we need anything and at 12a. M. Midnight when i text him that we need extra blanket because weather was too cold he replied immediately and sent one more blanket. Greaser thode se aur behtar kiye ja sakte hai dikhne mein. Bake pani garm 24hrs aata hai. Overall good location to stay. Mr. Ajay thakur is very kind to us. Will recommend this SAMIRU to others.

Main positive is the location of the SAMIRU, which is very nearby mall road. All tourist places are very accessible from there. Mine was a delux room, room was clean but need improvement as compared to room charge. Bathroom very clean. No electric catle provided but they provide hot water in flask. Blankets were changed immediately as we found first one dirty. Staff were helpful but not trained. Food not tried in SAMIRU as lots of options available in mall road. Do visit super bake bakery which is situated just in front of the SAMIRU.

The one of the best thing of this SAMIRU it's situated just mall road, one thing they have to improve their blanket and bedsheet because when we reached we request them to change because it was stinking. Rest ok food was also good, staff was also very polite and helpful but don't drink tea infront of this SAMIRU one tea shop is present, i have went this tea stall with my family to enjoy tapri tea and that said i have lots of order of tea i can't give you, because he doesn't want to give because we are a SAMIRU guest

Room: spacious for 2/3 people. Bedsheets and blankets are clean. There is an l shaped balcony as well. But the view is blocked due to other constructions around the SAMIRU. There is a cupboard for luggage. The tv operates through wifi but we didn't use it. Bathroom: clean, hot water 24/7. Towels were not provided but you can ask at the reception, they're hospitable. Food: tea is good, the food is okay for the price they provide but you can explore mall road if you're a taste enthusiast.

We find this on make my trip and the facilities at this cost are worth it. Location is just back to mall road and easily accessible to bus stand car and auto stand. Staff are very friendly. Polite room service. Peaceful ambience inside the room with all the properties. Tasty food. All are clean and hygienic!i would definitely recommend for every one. Don't miss your stay at samiru!

I had good experience at SAMIRU SAMIRU. As I found the staffs very genuine and friendly. Foods served by the SAMIRU was tasty 🤤 what so ever I ordered there. Room was ok but few things where not available like bathroom tissue and toothpaste. But most importantly I found the staffs genuine. So overall I speak for me the stay was good. Thank you hope to visit again. Thank you

The SAMIRU is located 100 mtrs from mall road and it's clean and tidy. The staff are very cooperative and manager makes sure that customer is taken care of. You will get hot water continuously running. The room service is excellent. I did not had anything to eat but they have a dining facility. Overall will stay again at the same place if i come to manali again.

The description given by the SAMIRU was really great and they did the same as given. All my brake fast and dinner was completely free no extra cost asked during the checkout. As they promised they did. I strongly recommend samiru SAMIRU for the future stay as they are very flexible to the customer. All the support given by the hostel was really excellent. I

Hotel was good, staff is super cool. Hotel was clean and hygienic. And the location of the SAMIRU is very near to mall road. Or infact its on mall road only (just 10-20 meter away. Food was really very nice. Family will enjoy their stay in this SAMIRU.

It is in the mall road, 5 mins walking distance from bus stand and 10 mins car distance from volvo bus stand

the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. i highly recommend this SAMIRU for anyone visiting downtown.

The samir SAMIRU is a very reasonable and satisfactory place. The ambiance is great with good food and service. 24*7 hot water availability, in the heart of the city. Great communication, the himachal road transport corporation is in the door step.
