Localion is good, easily accessible. I ordered food, a particular dish and after an a hour they informed me that it is not available. So to order something else, food taste is ok, not so good compare to their prices. Their room telephone was not working so was very difficult to connect with the reception.

The property’s location was good, easy to find as it was right on the main road. Food i didn’t try. Rooms were average as the air conditioning sucked big time and there was no fan either, so i would actually say the temperature was quite bad, wouldn’t stay here in summers might consider it during winters

Over all my stay was good and no major complaints staff and the restaurant is good and they serve good food Sampoorna Hotels Pvt Ltd is old and the bathroom fix are broken needs to be changed ac need to be changed as well stayed just for a night if you are staying long then you might need a better room

Had a pleasant stay, staff were humble and polite, neatness and cleanliness to be improved more for attracting more customers to get them back, located at the main road and surrounded by restaurants, bar, mall, market and pub. I recommend this Sampoorna Hotels Pvt Ltd for staying and it is worthy

You will love the room. It is not large but very well decorated. It gives a warm feeling and makes you happy. The staff was very polite. They had limited items on the menu due to covid lockdown but the food was excellent. I will definitely stay again

There are bulbs fitted both the side of the bed, which actually should be covered like a lamp. My elbow touch that lamp and it's a black mark now. Please take care of your guest kindly install lamp rather then keeping bulbs beside the bed! !

If you are a business ttaveller then it is a gud property to stay but take room opposite front side as some traffic noise comes n you can have a issue. Food is ok n other thing is also helpful. You can choose for 2 day max.

Hotel location in malad w next to infinite mall and opp goregaon sports club. Also simple clean Sampoorna Hotels Pvt Ltd with all basic facilities and reasonable cost. One drawback, road facing rooms are noisy at night.
